    The month-long Duare Sarkar programme would be held from 15 February to 15 March while the Paray Samadhan from 1 February to 15 March. Under the Duare Sarkar programme, camps would be held for receiving applications in two rounds. 1st round will run from 15 to 21 February 2022 following which applications would be enquired and subsequently services would be delivered from 22 February to 28 February 2022. 2nd round will run from 1 to 7 March 2022 following which applications would be enquired and subsequently services would be delivered from 8 March to 15 March 2022.

    West Bengal Duare Sarkar Camp 2022

    West Bengal govt. is organizing Duare Sarkar camps in each and every district of the state so that the beneficiaries of various kinds of schemes can apply through these camps from their doorstep. The next phase of the camps would be organised from 15 February 2022 to 21 February 2022 and then from 1st March 2022 to 7 March 2022. The beneficiaries are required to take their documents with them while going to Duare Sarkar camps and then fill scheme form there. More than 3.5 crore people will benefit from these camps.

    Through these camps, citizens can get information about schemes namely Swasthya Sathi, Khadya Sathi, caste certificate, Sikshashree, Kanyashree among others. 

    Objective of Duare Sarkar Camp 2022

    The main objective of the Duare Sarkar camp is to provide benefits of various schemes launched by the state government to the beneficiaries. There are many citizens throughout the state who are not able to apply under various schemes launched by the government due to their lack of awareness or for lack of facilities available in their district. 
    So for all those people, the government of West Bengal is organizing the Duare Sarkar Camps in every district of the state. Through these camps, the services will deliver at the doorsteps of the citizens. Now all the eligible beneficiaries will be able to get benefits of various schemes of the government.

    6 New Schemes To be Bought Under Duare Sarkar Camp

    As you all know that the government of West Bengal is organizing Duare Sarkar camps. So that beneficiaries can apply under various schemes launched by the government of West Bengal. These camps will organize from 15 February 2022 to 21 February 2022 and then from 1st March 2022 to 7 March 2022. Last year, govt. has set up these camps for 18 welfare schemes. This year the government is planning to include 6 more schemes. Now citizens of West Bengal can take the benefit of total 24 schemes at 25000+ Duare Sarkar camps. All the eligible applicants will get benefits at the camp.

    Benefits And Features of Duare Sarkar Camps

    • The government of West Bengal organises duare Sarkar camp in every district of the state
    • Through these camps the beneficiaries can apply under various kinds of schemes offered by west bengal government from their doorstep
    • The beneficiaries have to fill application form at these camps in order to apply under any scheme
    • More than 3.5 crore people of West Bengal will get benefit from these camps

Real-time uploading, monitoring, and accurate forecasting can be ensured through the portal. Other than that mobile apps have also launched and all the locations of the camps are geotagged. These facilities reduced service delivery time. The location of camps will be updated through official websites and multiple social media platforms.     Schemes You Can Apply at Duare Sarkar Camp in West Bengal

    • Swasthya Sathi - It provides basic health insurance cover for secondary and tertiary care upto Rs. 5 lakh per annum per family. All the citizens of West Bengal have cover under this Swasthya Sathi Scheme. It is a paperless, cashless, smart card based scheme and all pre-existing diseases are covered. The entire premium is borne by the state government and no contribution is required from the beneficiary. For further assistance, download SwasthyaSathi mobile app.
    • Caste Certificate - It is a legal document that acts as an evidence of a person belonging to a particular caste and in turn provides the person access to reservation benefits in education and employment.
    • Manabik - West Bengal government has started Manabik Prakalpa Scheme for physically challenged citizens. Manabik scheme is a pension scheme for the disabled people who have 40% or more disability. The applicant must be residing in West Bengal for at-least past 10 years. All the beneficiaries receive pension of Rs. 1000 per month. 
    • Khadya Sathi - Through the Khadya Sathi scheme, beneficiaries can take rations at subsidized prices. Those people who come under below poverty line criteria and other economically weaker section criteria can take the benefit of this scheme. More than 4 crore people of West Bengal will benefit from this scheme. In this scheme, 6 kg rice per head and 5 kg atta per head is provided every month to the beneficiaries. 
    • Sikhashree - Day scholar SC and ST students belonging to low income families of classes 5th to 8th are given stipend of Rs. 800 per annum.
    • Aikyashree - It is a scholarship scheme for meritorious students belonging to minority communities (Muslims, Christians, Buddhist, Jain, Sikh, Parsi) of West Bengal. The government provides scholarships to minority students from class 1 upto PhD every year.
    • Jai Johar - Monthly pension of Rs. 1000 is provided to Scheduled Tribe applicants (male & female) who are 60 years and above and are not covered under any existing government pension details. 
    • Taposili Bandhu - Monthly pension of Rs. 1000 is provided to those scheduled caste applicants (male & female) who are 60 years and above and are not covered under any existing govt. pension schemes.
    • Rupashree - One time financial assistance of Rs. 25000 is given to the economically stressed families at the time of their daughter's marriage.
    • Kanyashree - It provides financial support to girl children, incentivising schooling of all teenage girls and delaying their marriages until the age of 18 years. It has 2 components. The annual scholarship of Rs. 1000 is for unmarried girls aged 13 to 18 years enrolled in classes 8th to 12th in government and private schools. The one time grant is for girls turning 18 at the time of application.
    • MGNREGS / 100 Days Work - It aims to enhance livelihood security in rural areas by providing atleast 100 days of wage employment in a financial year to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work.
    • Lakshmir Bhandar - Lakshmir Bhandar is a cash transfer scheme for women head of households. Lakshmi Bhandar scheme entails a direct benefit transfer of Rs. 500 per month to women of the general category and Rs. 1,000 per month to women from reserved categories.
    • Krishak Bandhu - It covers all farmers having more than one acre land. It has 2 components: a) Financial assistance of Rs. 5000 per annum in 2 installments (June and November) for Rabi and Kharif seasons respectively. b) Death benefit: life insurance with a cover of Rs. 2 lakh per family in case of death including suicide.
    • West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme - This scheme aims to provide collateral security free loan upto Rs. 10 lakh at nominal simple annual interest rate.
    • Bina Mulya Samajik Suraksha Yojana - With an objective of integrating different social security schemes like State Assisted Scheme of Provident Fund, Welfare Schemes for Building and Other Construction Workers and Social Security Schemes for Transport workers and to offer uniform benefits to all unorganised workers, Bina Mulye Samajik Suraksha Yojana has been launched. Any labourer working in unorganised sector will not have to pay any premium, so this scheme is named as Bina Mulya Samajik Suraksha Yojana.

    In the FY 2022, govt. is planning to include 6 more schemes including Matsya Kanya Card, Artisan Card, Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship etc. However, final decision is yet to be taken on which schemes would be included.

    Artificial Intelligence in Daure Sarkar Portal

    From the very outset, a strategic approach in conducting of the DS camps has been adopted especially to address the challenge of managing queues of thousands of people at the registration counters, as well as the scheme counters during the subsequent Camps scheduled across the State. This necessitated predictive analytics for queues at DS camps for ensuring beneficiary satisfaction and smooth functioning of the service counters in the camps through optimizing services and reducing waiting time.

    In view of the above, AI driven trend and future prediction for better management of DS camps eg. queue management during peak hours, ensuring availability of specific departments for handling high demand of certain schemes in particular localities etc. have been implemented.

    In the DS portal, we have used machine learning, an application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that enables the DS Portal to learn and advance, based on initially held camp data without being specifically programmed. Machine Programme Predictive Algorithms using open source R language is incorporated in DS Portal to predict future queues at registration counters and Earmarked Social Benefit Scheme Counters using the historical data obtained from initial camp data.

    This has helped deploy requisite officials in counters for delivering efficient services and minimise discomfort to citizens at the camps. The analysis has also led to the identification of peak hours or camps where congestion is highest.

    From the experience of Duare Sarkar camps held during initial phase, a strategic approach was felt utmost necessary to address the burning challenges of managing queues of thousand peoples at the Registration Counter and Earmarked Social Benefit Scheme Counters during the forthcoming DS Camps scheduled across the state. This in turn necessitated the predictive analytics for queues at DS Camps for intending beneficiary satisfaction and smooth functioning of the service counters in the camps through optimizing the service and reduce the waiting time.

    Phases of Duare Sarkar Camps

    This scheme was launched on 1st December 2020 and since then the government is continuously organizing thousands of camps so that the benefits of various schemes can be provided to all the beneficiaries. The government of West Bengal has organized several phases of Duare Sarkar camps till now. 
    • First Phase - In first phase of Duare Sarkar Scheme, around 32,830 camps were scheduled. Total footprints upto 4 November 2021 (1.39 p.m) were recorded to be 2,75,76,553.
    • Second Phase - In the second phase of Duare Sarkar Scheme, around 1,04,412 camps scheduled. Total footprints upto 26 January 2022 (upto 1 p.m) were recorded to be 3,69,15,696.

    Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Central government has started disbursing amount under flagship Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana. PM Narendra Modi launched PMFBY scheme back in the year 2016 to provide assistance to farmers in the event of crop losses.     जिले / ब्लॉक वार राशन कार्ड धारकों की संख्या

    झारखण्ड राशन कार्ड धारकों की संख्या जिले और ब्लॉक वार तरीके से देख सकतें है, जिनके लिए लिंक यहाँ पर दिए गए हैं। ब्लॉक / नगर पालिका के राशन कार्ड धारक की संख्या देखने का लिंक इस प्रकार है:-

    झारखण्ड में राशन कार्ड के प्रकार (रंग / श्रेणी के हिसाब से) 

    झारखण्ड सरकार द्वारा कई प्रकार के राशन कार्ड बनाये जाते है जो की इस प्रकार हैं:-  

    1) नीला / बीपीएल  राशन कार्ड - गरीबी रेखा से नीचे वालो के लिए P.H (Below Poverty Line - BPL) राशन कार्ड बनाये जाते है। जो गरीबी रेखा से नीचे होता है उन्हें बहुत ही कम मूल्य पर राशन उपलब्ध करवाया जाता है। इस कार्ड का रंग नीला होता है।  BPL राशन कार्ड के लिए वो लोग जिनके साल की आय 10000 से कम है, इसके लिए आवेदन कर सकते है। 

    2) सफ़ेद / एपीएल राशन कार्ड -  गरीबी रेखा से ऊपर वालो के लिए APL (Above Poverty Line) राशन कार्ड बनाये जाते है। APL राशन कार्ड के लिए कोई भी आवेदन कर सकता है। इसके लिए कोई भी आय सीमा निर्धारित नहीं की गयी है, इस कार्ड का रंग सफ़ेद होता है।  

    3) पीला / अंतोदय अन्न योजना राशन कार्ड - सबसे गरीब परिवार जो अंत्योदय अन्न योजना (Antyodaya Anna Yojana) के पत्र है उनके लिए यह AAY  राशन कार्ड जारी किया जाता है। जिनकी कोई स्थिर आए ना हो अधिक उम्र वाले लोग बेरोजगार लोग किस श्रेणी में आते है। इसके लिए पीले रंग का कार्ड जारी किया गया है। 

    झारखण्ड राशन कार्ड के लाभ 

    झारखण्ड राशन कार्ड के सरकारी दुकानों से सस्ते दाम पर राशन लेने के साथ साथ कुछ और अन्य लाभ भी उठा सकते है जो की इस प्रकार हैं:-   
    • यदि आप कभी वोटर ID कार्ड के लिए आवेदन करते है तो आप राशन कार्ड की कॉपी लगाना आवश्यक है
    • राशन कार्ड की कॉपी टेलीफोन कनेक्शन सिम कार्ड लेने के लिए जरूरी है। 
    • आप ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए भी राशन कार्ड का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते है।
    • पासपोर्ट बनाने के लिए भी राशन कार्ड का उपयोग होता है। 
    • जिन लोगो अंतोदय (आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर) कार्ड है उन लोगो को सरकारी कामो में लाभ दिया जायेगा ,उनके बच्चों को राशन कार्ड की वजह से पढ़ाई के लिए पैसा मिलेगा। 
    • BPL(Below the poverty line ) कार्ड से नौकरी पाने के लिए बहुत मदद मिलेगी। 
    • BPL कार्ड से आप सस्ता राशन कार्ड डिपो में मिलेगा इसमें गेहू, चावल, चीनी, दाल, तेल आदि सामान शामिल है। 
    अगर राशन कार्ड सूची में आपका नाम नहीं है तो आप इन सभी लाभों से वंचित रह सकते है।

    झारखण्ड राशन कार्ड सूची के जरूरी कागजात 

    सभी आवेदनकर्ताओं को राशन कार्ड फॉर्म के साथ साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज भी संलग्न करने होंगे:- 
    1. आवेदनकर्ता के पास वोटर ID कार्ड होना चाहिए। 
    2. परिवार के मुखिया के नाम का बिजली का बिल होना चाहिए।

    पीएम लघु व्यापारी मानधन योजना ऑनलाइन आवेदन | PMLVMY एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म 2022. Central govt. invites online applications for Pradhan Mantri Laghu Vyapari Maandhan Yojana 2022. Now people can make PM Laghu Vyapari Mandhan Yojana Registration at maandhan.in. National Pension Scheme for Traders and Self Employed Persons Yojana online apply process is still ongoing at the official website. Under PMLVMY Scheme, the Indian govt. will provide Rs. 3,000 per month as pension to all retail traders, small shopkeepers and shop owners.
    People can even make PM Laghu Vyapari Maan-dhan registrations at the Common Service Centers (CSC) located near them. This scheme is a voluntary contribution scheme and will benefit people on attaining the age of 60 years. All such people who apply online and make enrollment for PM Traders & Shop keepers pension scheme will be able to avail its benefits.

    -- This scheme is only for self employed, shop owners, retail owners and other vyaparis.

    सभी आवेदनकर्ता जिस भी बैंक से मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत बैंक लोन के लिए अप्लाई करते है, उस बैंक की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जा कर लोन स्टेटस चेक कर सकते है| मान लीजिये की आपने उत्तराखंड प्रवासी मजदूर स्वरोज़गार योजना के तहत ऋण SBI बैंक से लिए है, तो आप ऑनलाइन बैंकिंग, इंटरनेट बैंकिंग और योनो (YONO) मोबाइल ऍप से अपने लोन का स्टेटस जान सकते है|

    उत्तराखंड मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के लाभ

    क) इस योजना के अंतरगर्त बैंक लोन की धनराशि अनुदान के रूप में उपलब्ध होगी| 
    ख) इस योजना के तहत विनिर्माण प्रोजेक्ट की अधिकतम लागत 25 लाख रुपये और सेवा काम के लिए अधिकतम लागत 10 लाख रुपये होंगे| 
    ग) इस योजना के माध्यम से उच्च श्रेणी के लोगो को 10% और गरीबी रेखा से निचे रहने वाले लोगों को कुल परियोजना लागत का 5% अपने योगदान के रूप में जमा करना होगा| 

    लाभार्थी सूची (लिस्ट) मे नाम कैसे चेक करें

    इस स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत उत्तराखंड राज्य सरकार अपनी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर कोई सूची प्रकाशित नहीं करेगी| बैंक भी लाभार्थी सूची पब्लिक के लिए प्रकाशित नहीं करेंगे| लेकिन लोन लेने वाले की सभी जानकारी सरकार और बैंक के डेटाबेस में स्टोर की जाएगी| सरकार बैंक से सीधा मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के लाभार्थियों का डाटा लेगी (अपने मिलान के लिए)| इस तरह से किसी प्रकार का कोई घोटाला नहीं हो सकेगा और पूरा फायदा रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने में मिलेगा|           
             

    किसको मिलेगा उत्तराखंड स्वरोजगार योजना से फायदा 

    उत्तराखंड मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के माध्यम से कुशल और अकुशल दस्तकारों ,बेरोजगार लोगो को अपना खुद का काम करने के लिए बढ़ावा मिलेगा| उत्तराखंड मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए किसी भी राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक, क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक, राज्य सहकारी बैंक और अन्य शैडयूल्ड बैंक में जाकर लोन के लिए आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।                                                                                                                                                                     

    लोन के लिए पात्रता क्या होगी 

    उत्तराखंड मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के अंतरगर्त आवेदक की उम्र 18 वर्ष की होनी चाहिये और पढ़ाई से इसका कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं है| सभी आवेदनकर्ता और परिवार के सदस्य को योजना के अंतर्गत केवल एक बार फायदा मिलेगा| लाभार्थियों का चयन अधिक सुझाव मिलने पर अवस्था के आधार पर 'पहले आओ पहले पाओ' के आधार पर किया जायेगा|  

    स्वरोज़गार योजना का क्रियान्वन कैसे होगा 

    जिलास्तर पर योजना का क्रियान्वयन जिला उद्योग केंद्र द्वारा किया जायेगा|
