A disturbing video is circulating widely on social media, showing a man being assaulted by two others, tied up with a rope, and then lowered into a fuming tank marked with 'danger' sign. Within seconds, the rope is pulled back up, revealing only a skeleton.
Social media users are claiming that the video depicts Israeli soldiers subjecting Palestinian prisoners to horrific torture by immersing them in acid tanks.
On April 13, 2025, Neshar Ahmed, the founding director of Markazut Tahfiz International Madrasa in Bangladesh, uploaded the purported video on Facebook. In the caption he wrote that it is impossible to hold back tears while watching this video, claiming that Palestinian prisoners are being dipped in acid tankers. (Archive)

Fact Check
A reverse image search of keyframes from the video led us to several YouTube videos clearly showing the same sequence as part of a staged stunt performance.
One such video uploaded by the YouTube channel Roller Coasters of Thailand on July 10, 2023, is titled "Hollywood Action Stunt Show @ Dream World". The description explains that the show is part of Dream World, an amusement park in Bangkok, Thailand.
The description reads: "Dream World has 2 main shows -- this is the Holly Wood Stunt Show which has various stunt action scenes throughout the course of its performance. These types of shows were a lot bigger in American parks back in the 1990s which was when Dream World was built, so it is nice to see that some place still have this type of show going on. It's not the best type of stunt show, but it is good for what it is."
At the 03:25 minute mark of the 21-minute video, the same dramatic scene can be seen: A man, seemingly beaten and tied up, is lowered into a tank emitting smoke or fumes. Within seconds, a skeleton is pulled up.
Further keyword searches on YouTube led to numerous similar uploads of the same stunt show — some dating back over a decade. A YouTube channel named "Power P Power Paul" has a similar video capturing the full stunt show uploaded eight months ago. An account named "Edbert, Elmer & Eugine" uploaded the video in 2020. In 2019, an account named Piyanat Jeamwong uploaded a similar video of the full stunt show. In 2017, YouTube channel Spirit Media uploaded a similar video with closer visuals. We found another version from 2016, uploaded by an account named Checkers. At 04:00min timestamp the visuals similar to the viral clip is visible. In 2013, a channel named ThailandLinQtube uploaded the video.

In all these videos, a seated audience can be clearly seen watching the show, reinforcing the fact that this is a staged, choreographed stunt — part of the park's entertainment offerings.
According to the official website of Dream World Bangkok, the Hollywood Action Show is one of their regular performances. It features professional stunt actors performing choreographed action scenes using special effects, pyrotechnics, and props designed for amusement purposes.
To sum up, the viral video does not show real-life torture or any act of violence against Palestinian prisoners. It is a recorded scene from a long-running stunt show at Dream World amusement park in Bangkok, Thailand. The claim that the video shows Israeli soldiers killing Palestinian prisoners by throwing them in acid is completely false and baseless.
