Age:

A candidate for direct recruitment to the Service must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 40 years, on the first day of January next following (01.01.2021) the last date fixed for receipt of the application. PROVIDED that:
(1) the upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years in case of the member of the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Classes or More Backward Classes or Women candidates; 
(2) there shall be no age limit in case of Widow and Divorcee women candidate;
(3) the upper age limit for the reservists, namely defence services personnel transferred to the reserve shall be 50 years. 
(4) The age relaxation for persons with disabilities will be admissible as applicable in the  State Government from time to time. 
(5) the upper age limit mentioned above shall not apply in the case of ex-prisoner, who had served under Government on a substantive basis on any post before his conviction and  was eligible for appointment under the rules.

चयनित अभ्यर्थी नियमानुसार दो वर्ष की अवधि तक रुपए 23 ,700 /-(Fixed) प्रतिमाह पारिश्रमिक व प्रशिक्षणार्थी के रूप में रहेंगे। परिवीक्षा काल सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने पर उन्हें नियमानुसार पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल संख्या L-10 के अनुसार पे -स्केल रुपए 33,800-1,06,700/-संदेय होगा।

Educational Qualifications:

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online. Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute. 

Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable. Ex-Servicemen who do not possess the above civil examination qualifications should be matriculate Ex-Servicemen who have obtained the Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force after having completed not less than 15 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Union as on 23.09.2020. Such certificates should be dated on or before 23.09.2020.  

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidates, intending to apply for CRP Clerks-VIII should ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS in this advertisement:

Nationality / Citizenship:

A candidate must be either -
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India

Identity Verification: In the Examination Hall as well as at the time of interview, the call letter along with original and a photocopy of the candidate’s currently valid photo identity (bearing exactly the same name as it appears on the Call Letter) such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer on official letterhead along with Photograph / Photo identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead along with Photograph/ valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized College/ University/ Aadhar/E- Aadhar Card with a photograph/ Employee ID/ Bar Council Identity Card with photograph should be submitted to the invigilator for verification. 19. ACTION AGAINST CANDIDATES FOUND GUILTY OF MISCONDUCT/ USE OF UNFAIR MEANS: Candidates are advised in their own interest that they should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered

Important Points to be noted before Registration:

I. Scanning of Candidate’s

c. Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
d.A hand written declaration (on white paper with black ink) (text given below) Ensuring that the all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications as given in the advertisement.

II. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS WILL NOT be accepted.
 
III. The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. (If a candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/her right thumb for applying).

IV. The text for hand written declaration is as follows:

“I, ____________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

V. The above mentioned hand written declaration has to be in the candidate’s own hand writing and in English only. If it is written and uploaded by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be considered as invalid. (In the case of Visually Impaired candidates who cannot write may get the text of declaration typed and put their left hand thumb impression below the typed declaration and upload the document as per specifications). 

VI. Keep the necessary details/ documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges.

VII. Have a valid personal email ID and mobile no., which should be kept active till the completion of this Recruitment Process. Bank may send intimation to download call letters for the Examination/ interview etc. through the registered e-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID and mobile no. before applying on-line and must maintain that email account and mobile number. 

VIII. APPLICATION FEES/INTIMATION CHARGES (NON REFUNDABLE) PAYMENT OF FEE ONLINE- FROM August 29, 2020 to September 15, 2020.

A. Application Registration

1. Candidates to visit to the Nainital Bank Limited website www.nainitalbank.co.in, click on the “Recruitment/ Results, then click on the option "APPLY ONLINE" which will open a new screen.

2. To register application, choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name, Contact details and Email-Id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. 

3. In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing "SAVE AND NEXT" tab. Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same, if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.

(ii) With 6 (six) years service in Data Entry Operator Grade ‘B’ on regular basis in Level-5 [Rs. 29,200-92,300]  or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.

 

b)            Possessing following minimum educational qualification:

(i)            Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Computer Science from a Recognized Board or equivalent and

(ii)           A speed test of not less than 1500 key depression per hour for Data entry work.

Data Entry Operators (DEO) Grade ‘B’

a)            (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or

(ii) With 5 years service rendered in Data Entry Operator Grade ‘A’ on regular basis in Level-04 [Rs. 25,500-81,100] or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.

b)            Possessing following minimum educational qualification:

(i)            12th pass in science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.

(ii)           A speed test of not less than 1500 key depression per hour for Data entry work.

Data Entry Operators (DEO) Grade ‘A’

Officers under the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis.

 

  • Total No of  Post= 19

.            The initial period of deputation will be for 03 (three) year, which may be extended till the services are required in the Commission.

 3.            The terms and conditions of deputation of the selected persons will be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel and Training OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay-II), dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time.

 4.            Eligible and interested persons and whose services can be spared immediately by their parent office may apply, through proper channel in prescribed format (Annexure-I), to the undersigned latest by25.09.2020.

 5.            While forwarding the application in the prescribed format, it may be ensured that following documents are enclosed with the application:-

  • I.Attested copies of the Character Rolls of the person concerned for the last three years
  • II.Vigilance clearance and Integrity Certificate.
  • III.Statement of Penalties imposed, if any, during the last ten years.

6.            Selection will be based on qualifying in the Interview/Personal Talk conducted by the Commission. The candidates selected will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently. No TA/DA or any other allowance shall be provided for Interview/Personal Talk.

7.            Incomplete applications, in any form, will not be considered.

8.            The Commission reserves the right to withdraw the circular/cancel the appointment process at any time without assigning any reason.
