An image has been circulating on social media with the claim that it is the Vaishnodevi Circle in Ahmedabad. Pradeep Dave, who is associated with the BJP, made the claim while posting the picture.

Gujarati portal 'I Am Gujarat' carried the image in a report.

Fact-check
The Vaishnodevi Circle flyover in Ahmedabad was inaugurated by Home Minister Amit Shah on June 21, 2021. The Times of India carried an image of the flyover and it looks nothing like the viral image. Desh Gujarat carried another picture of the flyover, which does not resemble the viral photo at all.

Apart from this, a Gujarati YouTube channel called 'Namaskar Gujarat Sports' shared aerial footage of the Vaishnodevi flyover. In these visuals too, the structure of the flyover looks very different from the image in circulation. Therefore, the picture going viral is not of the Vaishnodevi flyover.

Alt News performed a reverse image search on the viral photo and came across several news articles. It was featured in a 2012 article, which stated that the photo shows the renovation project of Shulyavskaya Metro Station in the Ukrainian city of Kiev. The project was for a three-level interchange. The report mentions that a decision on this project was to be taken in the 2013 Budget. The design for the project is credited to Victor Petruk.

In a 2017 article for the Misto website, project designer Victor Petruk explained why his three-level interchange project was a better design than the official project. A March 2019 report also stated that renovation work of Shulyavska Bridge had commenced.
Based on this, we searched about Victor Petruk and discovered he had shared this design several times on Facebook. In addition, he had shared pictures of the interchange project in some Facebook groups. (Link 1, Link 2, Link 3, Link 4)

Upon checking the timeline of these groups, we also found a video containing the design framework of the project. It resembles the flyover seen in the viral picture.

Several websites and social media users have shared this picture as different locations in the world, like Nairobi, Nigeria, etc.
Boomlive had earlier published a fact-check article debunking this image.
Therefore, the photo is not of the Vaishnodevi flyover in Ahmedabad, unlike claimed by BJP workers. In reality, it features a project design made for the Shulyavskaya metro station in Ukraine.
