हिमाचल प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री विद्यार्थी कल्याण योजना (HP Vidyarthi Kalyan Yojana) 2022 - पुनर्निर्मित IRDP छात्रवृत्ति योजना Posted: 14 Mar 2022 09:07 AM PDT ***मेरे प्यारे साथियों*** आज हम आपको हिमाचल प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री विद्यार्थी कल्याण योजना 2022 के बारे में बताएंगे। HP Mukhyamantri Vidyarthi Kalyan Yojana की घोषणा मुख्य मंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने अपने बजट भाषण (सन 2022-23 के लिए) में कर दी है। साथ ही दो अन्य योजनाओं जिनका नाम है बाल प्रतिभा छात्रवृत्ति योजना, मुख्यमंत्री शोध प्रोत्साहन योजना की भी घोषणा कर दी गयी है।     एचपी विद्यार्थी कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत छात्र को प्रतिवर्ष 1500 रूपये तथा छात्राओं को 2000 रूपये मिलेंगे। महाविद्यालयों में पढ़ रहे छात्रों को 5,000 रुपये प्रति वर्ष तथा छात्रावास में रह रहे छात्रों को 6,000 रुपये प्रति वर्ष मिलेंगे। इस आर्टिकल को पूरा पढ़ें ताकि आपको HP मुख्यमंत्री विद्यार्थी कल्याण योजना की पूरी जानकारी मिल सके।  मुख्यमंत्री विद्यार्थी कल्याण योजना (Vidyarthi Kalyan Yojana) 2022 मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने हिमाचल प्रदेश बजट भाषण के दौरान कहा की "मैं IRDP छात्रवृत्ति योजना, जिसमें वर्ष 1991 से कोई वृद्धि नहीं हुई है को पुनर्नामित करते हुए एक नई 'मुख्यमंत्री विद्यार्थी कल्याण योजना' शुरू करने की घोषणा करता हूँ तथा इनमें वृद्धि भी प्रस्तावित करता हूँ। मैं छात्रों के लिए इसे 300 रुपये प्रति वर्ष से बढ़ाकर 1,500 रुपये प्रतिवर्ष तथा छात्राओं के लिए 600 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 2,000 रुपये प्रतिवर्ष करता हूँ। महाविद्यालयों में पढ़ रहे छात्रों के लिए इसे 1,200 रुपये प्रति वर्ष से बढ़ाकर 5,000 रुपये प्रति वर्ष तथा छात्रावास में रह रहे छात्रों के लिए 2,400 रुपये प्रतिवर्ष से बढ़ाकर 6,000 रुपये प्रति वर्ष किया जाएगा।" HP बाल प्रतिभा छात्रवृत्ति योजना मुख्यमंत्री ने HP Budget 2022-23 पेश करते समय बोला की "मैं कक्षा 3 के 50 मेधावी छात्रों के लिए एक नई "बाल प्रतिभा छात्रवृत्ति योजना" शुरु करने की घोषणा करता हूँ। मेरिट के आधार पर चौथी और पाँचवीं कक्षाओं तक 3 हजार रुपये प्रतिवर्ष छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जाएगी। इन सभी योजनाओं में वृद्धि से 30 हजार विद्यार्थी लाभान्वित होंगे। इन सभी योजनाओं पर 15 करोड़ रुपये अतिरिक्त व्यय किये जाएंगे।" हिमाचल प्रदेश मुख्यमन्त्री शोध प्रोत्साहन योजना मुख्यमंत्री ने HP Budget 2022-23 पेश करते समय बोला की "राजकीय विश्वविद्यालयों में शोध छात्र ऐसे भी हैं जिन्हें किसी भी स्त्रोत से कोई फेलोशिप प्राप्त नहीं होती। आर्थिक कारणों से ऐसे विद्यार्थियों को शोध कार्य करने में कोई बाधा न आए, इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए मैं 2022-23 से एक नई मुख्यमंत्री शोध प्रोत्साहन योजना के अन्तर्गत रजिस्ट्रेशन की तिथि से शोध के प्रारम्भिक तीन वर्षों तक शोधार्थी को 3 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह फेलोशिप देने की घोषणा करता हूँ। यह योजना शोध के क्षेत्र में मेधावी विद्यार्थियों के लिए न केवल सहायक होगी बल्कि साथ ही उच्च स्तरीय शोध को बढ़ावा देगी।" वर्तमान में राज्य सरकार द्वारा अनेक छात्रवृत्ति योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। इनमें से बहुत सी ऐसी भी हैं जिनमें कई वर्षों से संशोधन नहीं हुआ है। इन सभी योजनाओं पर पुनर्विचार करते हुए मैं घोषणा करता हूँ कि 'महर्षि बाल्मिकी छात्रवृत्ति योजना', 'इन्दिरा गान्धी उत्कृष्ट छात्रवृत्ति योजना', 'कल्पना चावला छात्रवृत्ति योजना', 'डॉ० अम्बेदकर मेधावी छात्रवृत्ति योजना' तथा 'स्वामी विवेकानंद उत्कृष्ट छात्रवृत्ति योजना' जिनमें 700 रुपये से लेकर 1 हजार 250 रुपये तक का प्रावधान है, को बढ़ाकर 1 हजार 500 रुपये प्रतिमाह अर्थात् 18 हजार रुपये प्रतिवर्ष किया जाएगा। 'राष्ट्रीय मिलिटरी कॉलेज छात्रवृत्ति योजना' तथा 'सैनिक स्कूल छात्रवृत्ति योजना में यह राशि बढ़ाकर 2 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह अर्थात् 24 हजार रुपये प्रतिवर्ष की जाएगी। इसके अतिरिक्त में विशेष रूप से सदन का ध्यान Armed Forces में शहीद अथवा विकलांग हुए जवानों के बच्चों को दी जाने वाली छात्रवृत्ति योजना की तरफ आकृष्ट करना चाहता हूँ। यह आश्चर्य का विषय है कि इस छात्रवृत्ति योजना में वर्ष 1983 से कोई भी वृद्धि नहीं हुई है तथा अभी तक छात्रों के लिए मात्र 30 रुपये से 200 रुपये प्रतिमाह का ही प्रावधान है। मैं इस विसंगति को दूर करते हुए इस योजना में भी उपरोक्त वर्णित योजनाओं के समरूप वृद्धि करते हुए 1 हजार 500 रुपये प्रतिमाह अर्थात् 18 हजार रुपये प्रतिवर्ष करता हूँ। पूरा HP बजट भाषण हिंदी में पढ़ने के लिए क्लिक करें - https://ebudget.hp.nic.in/Aspx/Anonymous/pdf/FS_Hin_2022.pdf

हिमाचल प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री महिला सशक्तिकरण योजना 2022 | HP Mukhyamantri Mahila Sashaktikaran Yojana Details Posted: 13 Mar 2022 03:20 AM PDT मेरे प्यारे साथियों, आज हम आपको मुख्यमंत्री महिला सशक्तिकरण योजना 2022 के बारे में बताएंगे। हिमाचल प्रदेश में राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अन्तर्गत कुल 32 हजार स्वयं सहायता समूहों का गठन किया गया है जिससे लगभग 2 लाख 50 हजार से अधिक महिलाएं जुड़ी हैं। इन महिला सहायता समूहों को अतिरिक्त सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए एक नयी HP Mukhyamantri Mahila Sashaktikaran Yojana शुरू की गयी है। इस आर्टिकल को अंत तक पढ़ें और जानें क्या है इसके लाभ।  मुख्यमंत्री महिला सशक्तिकरण योजना in हिमाचल प्रदेश बजट 2022-23 अपने बजट भाषण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने कहा की मैं यह घोषणा करता हूँ कि एक नई मुख्यमंत्री महिला सशक्तिकरण योजना के अन्तर्गत महिला सहायता समूहों को निम्न अतिरिक्त सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी:- उन सभी स्वयं सहायता समूहों को, जो कि ग्राम संगठन से जुड़े हैं, को Revolving Fund के लिए अगले वित्तीय वर्ष में 25 हजार रुपये की One Time अतिरिक्त राशि Top-up के रूप में दी जाएगी। इससे इन समूहों को 25 करोड़ रुपये की राशि मिलेगी। आगामी एक वर्ष के लिए ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के तहत बने स्वयं सहायता समूहों की महिलाओं को प्रधानमन्त्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना व प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति बीमा योजना के तहत शामिल किया जाएगा व इन बीमा योजनाओं के वार्षिक प्रीमियम क्रमशः 12 रुपये एवम् 330 रुपये का भुगतान राज्य सरकार वहन करेगी। इस पर लगभग 10 करोड़ रुपये की राशि व्यय होगी। Community Resource Person के Cadre में कृषि सखी, पशु सखी, कृषि उद्योग सखी, वित्त सखी, बैंक सखी आदि को वर्तमान में अपने गृह खण्ड विकास क्षेत्र में कार्य करने पर प्रतिदिन 350 रुपये मानदेय दिया जाता है। मैं इस मानदेय को 500 रुपये प्रतिदिन करने की सहर्ष घोषणा करता हूँ। 'राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अन्तर्गत श्रेणी-1 जिलों क्रमशः शिमला, मण्डी, काँगड़ा तथा ऊना में, समय पर किश्त का भुगतान करने की अवस्था में, भारत सरकार द्वारा ब्याज उपदान देने के बाद इन समूहों को अधिकतम 4 प्रतिशत ब्याज पर ऋण उपलब्ध है। शेष 8 श्रेणी-2 जिलों में यह ब्याज दर 7 प्रतिशत रहती है। मैं घोषणा करता हूँ कि श्रेणी-2 के जिलों के स्वयं 8 सहायता समूहों को भी श्रेणी-1 के 4 जिलों के समरूप 4 प्रतिशत की दर से ही ऋण उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा। भारत सरकार द्वारा व्याज उपदान देने के बाद जो भी अतिरिक्त व्याज देय होगा उसे प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा Interest Subvention के रूप में वहन किया जाएगा। About HP Mukhyamantri Mahila Sashaktikaran Yojana 2022 CM Jai Ram Thakur state that the state govt. is committed towards the women empowerment. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on 8th March 2022 virtually presided over the Mahila Swabhiman Diwas programme organized on the occasion of International Women's Day by Adarshni Welfare Society at Cholthara, Dharampur in district Mandi from Shimla. While felicitating the women, the Chief Minister said that this day is an occasion to reiterate our resolve to ensure dignity and prosperity of women. He said that the State Government is fully committed towards empowerment of women and has been giving priority to women in various schemes. The state Government has launched Mukhyamantri Swavalamban Yojana for economic empowerment of women. The Chief Minister said that 32 thousand self-help groups have been constituted under the National Rural Livelihood Mission and more than 2 lakh 50 thousand women are involved in it. Mukhyamantri Mahila Sashaktikaran Yojana has been announced in the Budget 2022-23, to provide assistance to women. Under this, a one-time additional amount of Rs.25 thousand will be given as revolving fund to the self-help group associated with the village organization as a top-up. Jai Ram Thakur said that an increase of Rs. 1700 has been provided to Aanganwari workers, with which they would now be provided with monthly wages of Rs. 9000. With a monthly increase of Rs. 900, Mini Anganwadi workers would now be provided Rs. 6100. By including this increase, the state government has increased by Rs. 3100 per month in its present tenure. With an increase of Rs. 900 per month, Anganwari Sahika will now be provided honorarium of Rs. 4700 per month. By including this increase, Rs. 2600 per month has been increased by the state government in its current tenure. Asha worker will be given an honorarium of Rs. 4700 per month with an increase of Rs. 1825. The Chief Minister appreciated the various efforts being made by the Adarshni Welfare Society in the direction of social welfare. He said that this organization has done remarkable work even during the Corona crisis. Jal Shakti Minister Mahendra Singh Thakur lauded the role of women in the development of Dharampur. He said that the daughters of this region are bringing laurels to the State and Dharampur by working in various fields across the country. President of Adarshni Welfare Society, Vandana Guleria welcomed the Chief Minister and gave detailed information about the various activities of the organization. PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY) Implementation Extended upto FY 2026 by Cabinet Posted: 12 Mar 2022 05:58 PM PST Dear readers, Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) headed by PM Narendra Modi has approved implementation of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) for 2021-26 with an outlay of Rs. 93,068 crore. CCEA has approved central support of Rs. 37,454 crore to states and Rs. 20,434.56 crore of debt servicing for loan availed by Government of India for irrigation development during PMKSY 2016-21. PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana Extension till 2026 PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana extended for FY 2021-26, here are its details.  Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme - AIBP is a flagship programme of Government of India aims for financial support to irrigation projects. Total additional irrigation potential creation targeted during 2021-26 under AIBP is 13.88 lakh hectare. Apart from focused completion of 60 ongoing projects including their 30.23 lakh hectare command area development, additional projects can also be taken up. The inclusion criteria have been relaxed for projects under tribal and drought prone areas. Central funding of 90% of water component for two national projects - Under extended PMKSY, 2 national projects - Renukaji Dam Project (Himachal Pradesh) and Lakhwar Multipurpose Project (Uttarakhand) - has been provisioned. The two projects would provide beginning of storage in Yamuna basin benefitting six states of upper Yamuna basin, augmenting water supply to Delhi as well Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, UP, Haryana, and Rajasthan and a major step towards rejuvenation of Yamuna. Har Khet Ko Pani - HKKP aims for enhancement of physical access on the farm and expansion of cultivable area under assured irrigation. Under HKKP, surface minor irrigation and repair-renovation-restoration of water bodies component of PMKSY is targeted to provide additional 4.5 lakh hectare irrigation. In view of importance of rejuvenation of water bodies, the Cabinet has approved a paradigm shift in funding of their rejuvenation in both urban and rural areas, with significant expansion of their inclusion criteria, and enhancement of central assistance from 25% to 60% in general area. Further, Ground Water component of HKKP, approved provisionally for 2021-22, targets creation of irrigation potential of 1.52 lakh hectare. The approved Watershed Development component of Department of Land Resources envisages completion of sanctioned projects covering 49.5 lakh hectare rainfed/ degraded lands to bring additional 2.5 lakh hectare under protective irrigation, during 2021-26. A specific provision for development of springsheds has been included in the program. About Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana  Government of India is committed to accord high priority to water conservation and its management. To this effect Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) has been formulated with the vision of extending the coverage of irrigation "Har Khet ko pani" and improving water use efficiency "More crop per drop" in a focused manner with end to end solution on source creation, distribution, management, field application and extension activities. The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs chaired by Hon'ble Prime Minister has accorded approval of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) in its meeting held on 1st July, 2015. PMKSY - Har Khet Ko Pani PMKSY (Har Khet Ko Pani) is being implemented by MoWR,RD &GR which focuses on:- Creation of new water sources through Minor Irrigation (both surface and ground water) Repair, restoration and renovation of water bodies; strengthening carrying capacity of traditional water sources, construction rain water harvesting structures (Jal Sanchay); Command area development, strengthening and creation of distribution network from source to the farm; Improvement in water management and distribution system for water bodies to take advantage of the available source which is not tapped to its fullest capacity (deriving benefits from low hanging fruits). At least 10% of the command area to be covered under micro/precision irrigation. Diversion of water from source of different location where it is plenty to nearby water scarce areas, lift irrigation from water bodies/rivers at lower elevation to supplement requirements beyond IWMP and MGNREGS irrespective of irrigation command. Creation and rejuvenation of traditional water storage systems like Jal Mandir (Gujarat); Khatri, Kuhl (H.P.); Zabo (Nagaland); Eri, Ooranis (T.N.); Dongs (Assam); Katas, Bandhas (Odisha and M.P.) etc. at feasible locations.
