    What is Rajasthan Jan Aadhar Card Yojana

    Jan-Aadhaar Yojana was envisaged and announced in modified budget 2019-20 by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan with an objective of "One Number, One Card, One Identity" for the residents of the state.  

    Rajasthan, being the largest geographical state of the country, has its own specific challenges in delivering government services to the residents living in far flung areas; hence needed a robust electronic mode of service delivery to do away with the snarls of physical delivery so that the benefits of the public welfare can be delivered at the door-step to residents in a transparent and leakage-proof manner. Jan-Aadhaar Yojana fulfils this objective and unifies the entire service delivery ecosystem of the state with a single-card, single-number, single-identity philosophy by reducing multiple channels of government to reach to the residents to only one.

    The Jan-Aadhaar number aims to be the single identifier of a family and also an individual. It is the sole vehicle on which delivery of all kinds of cash as well non-cash benefits and services are riding and reaching to the door-step of the residents through an intertwined network of e-Mitra kiosks.

    By overhauling the entire electronic service delivery system of the state,the Jan-Aadhaar Yojana has some basic and some most innovative features such as e-bazar, e-commerce, financial inclusion, institutional finance,insurances and women empowerment to take the state to the next level of delivery of services and making life of residents comfortable through one card and one identity.

    मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर जी ने अपने राज्य के सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ रहे छात्र और छात्राओं के लिए हरियाणा टैबलेट योजना 2022 को शुरू कर दिया है। इस मुफ्त टेबलेट वितरण योजना का नाम होगा e-Adhigam Scheme 2022. इस योजना की घोषणा मुख्यमंत्री जी ने 28 नवंबर 2020 को ट्विटर के माध्यम से की थी जबकि इसके पहले चरण की शुरुआत 5 मई 2022 को हो गयी है।

    हरियाणा फ्री टेबलेट योजना के अंतर्गत केवल सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ रहे 8 वी से 12 वी कक्षा तक के बच्चो को ही निशुल्क टेबलेट प्रदान करेगी | Haryana Free Tablet Yojana 2022 के तहत सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ने वाले अनुसूचित जाति (SC),अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST), पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC),अप्ल्संख्यक (Minorities) आदि सभी वर्गों के बच्चो को सरकार द्वारा मुफ्त में टैबलट मुहैया कराये जाएंगे। 

    पर एक महत्त्वपूर्ण बात ध्यान रखियेगा की सभी छात्र छात्राएं इस टेबलेट का उपयोग पढाई के लिए तब तक ही कर सकेंगे जब तक की वह 12 वी कक्षा पास नहीं कर लेते। 12 कक्षा पास करने के बाद सभी छात्र छात्राओं को इस टेबलेट को स्कूल को वापस करना होगा। e-Adhigam Scheme के अंतर्गत मिलने वाले मुफ्त टेबलेट स्कूल की प्रॉपर्टी होंगे, छात्रों की नहीं।  

    राज्य के जो इच्छुक लाभार्थी इस हरियाणा टैबलेट योजना 2022 का लाभ उठाना चाहते है तो उन्हें इस योजना के तहत आवेदन करना होगा। आवेदन करने के बाद ही बच्चो को टेबलेट उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

    हरियाणा टैबलेट योजना 2022 का उद्देश्य

    इसी बात को मद्दे नज़र रखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने हरियाणा टेबलेट योजना बनाई है। इस इ-अधिगम योजना के तहत हरियाणा राज्य के सरकारी स्कूल में पढ रहे 8 वी से 12 वी कक्षा तक के बच्चो को राज्य सरकार द्वारा निशुल्क टेबलेट प्रदान किये जाएंगे। जिससे सरकारी स्कूल के सभी बच्चे अपने शिक्षा पूर्ण कर सके। साथ ही अगर भविष्य मैं कभी फिर से स्कूल बंद करने की नौबत आती है, तब भी ये टैबलेट बच्चों के लिए वरदान साबित होंगे।   
    हरियाणा ई-अधिगम योजना के ज़रिये टेबलेट की सुविधा प्राप्त होने से सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चे भी डिजिटल शिक्षा का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। इस डिजिटल शिक्षा के माध्यम से राज्य के बच्चो का विकास होगा और उन्हें शिक्षा प्राप्त करने में कोई परेशानी भी नहीं होगी।

    Haryana Free Tablet Yojana 2022 के लाभ व विशेषताएं

    • e-Adhigam Yojana का लाभ राज्य के सरकारी स्कूल में पढ रहे 8वी से 12वी कक्षा तक के छात्र छात्राओं को ही प्रदान किया जायेगा।
    • हरियाणा फ्री टैबलेट योजना 2022 के तहत राज्य के सरकारी स्कूल के 8 से 12 कक्षा के सभी वर्गों जैसे एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी, अल्पसंख्यक आदि के बच्चो को सरकार द्वारा मुफ्त में टेबलेट प्रदान की जाएगी। जिससे वह अपनी शिक्षा ऑनलाइन पूर्ण कर सके।

    e-Adhigam Yojana 1st Phase Launch

    Haryana govt. on 5 May 2022 launched its ambitious e-Adhigam scheme under which nearly three lakh tablets were distributed to government school students of Classes 10 and 12. These devices come with pre-loaded content along with personalised and adaptive learning software, and 2GB free data.

    The government intends to provide the gadget to five lakh students from Classes 10-12. However, it said Class 11 students will get them after they clear the Class 10 board exams and qualify for the succeeding year.

    "From next year, all classes from 9-12 will be covered," CM Manohar Lal Khattar said after launching the Advance Digital Haryana Initiative of Government with Adaptive Modules (Adhigam) scheme at Maharishi Dayanand University in Rohtak. "Tablets and data are tools for students which will help them acquire skills of the 21st century and open new opportunities. Through e-learning, students of Haryana will become global students," CM said.

    The devices were distributed among students in 119 blocks across the state simultaneously, Education Minister Kanwar Pal said.

    Taposili Bandhu / Jai Johar Pension Scheme 

    The West Bengal state govt. has decided to introduce 2 new old age pension schemes namely Taposili Bandhu Pension Scheme for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Jai Johar Pension Scheme for Scheduled Tribe (ST). The state govt. has also decided to enhance the pension given under the existing Old Age, Widow and disability pension schemes where monthly pension is Rs. 600 to Rs. 750 to Rs. 1,000 per month.

    The state govt. has further decided to bring all new and existing old age pension schemes, widow pension schemes and disability pension schemes administered by the state govt. under 1 umbrella scheme for pensions namely Jai Bangla Pension Scheme 2022.

    • The Taposili Bandhu Scheme shall apply to a person belonging to the Scheduled Caste.
    • The Jai Johar Scheme shall apply to a person belonging to the Scheduled Tribe.

    Jai Johar & Taposili Bandhu Scheme Eligibility Criteria

    • The person has attained the age of 60 years as on 1 January 2022.
    • Person is an ordinary resident of the state.
    • The persons is not a beneficiary under any other social security pension scheme or a recipient of government pension or pension from any other organization.

    Method of Applying for WB SC / ST Pension Schemes

    The intended beneficiary under the scheme shall apply in the pension application form for Jai Bangla Pension Scheme prescribed for the purpose either on-line (www.jaibangla.wb.gov.in) or through physical application. The pension application form may be obtained free of cost from the following offices:
    • Office of the Block Development Officer in case the applicant resides in rural areas.
    • Office of the Sub-Divisional officer in case the applicant resides in Municipal / Notified areas outside the areas of Kolkata Municipal Corporation and
    • Office of the Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

    Where to Submit Tapasili Bandhu / Jai Johar Scheme Form PDF

    Tapasili Bandhu / Jai Johar Application Form for Pension shall be submitted to:-
    • The Block Development Officer in case the applicant resides in rural areas.
    • The Sub-Divisional officer in case the applicant resides in Municipal / Notified areas outside the areas of Kolkata Municipal Corporation and
    • The Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation in case the applicant resides in KMC area.

    Nodal Department for Implementation of West Bengal SC/ST Pension Schemes

    The Taposili Bandhu Scheme shall be administered by the department of Backward Classes Welfare. The Jai Johar Scheme shall be administered by the department of tribal development.

    Verification of Tapasili Bandhu / Jai Johar Pension Application Form PDF

    All applications received by the concerned authorities shall be verified by the District Magistrate with respect to the eligibility criteria. 2 supporting documents, one for age and other for caste status is to be collected.

    Persons who do not have caste certificate can apply but before sanction they have to provide caste certificate to BDO / SDO / Commissioner, the details of which will be uploaded by the concerned office.

    Processing of Jai Johar / Taposili Bandhu Application Form

    The application forms in prescribed format in respect of all applicants would be duly verified by the BDO / SDO or commissioner of KMC to ensure eligibility under the scheme. All the eligible forms deposited physically shall be digitized and uploaded in the state portal (www.jaibangla.wb.gov.in) by the BDO / SDO or commissioner of KMC.
    • The BDO in case of rural areas and SDO in case of municipal / notified areas outside KMC area.
    • The BDO in case of rural areas and SDO in case of municipal / notified areas outside KMC will recommend the names of eligible persons in digitized form to district magistrate through state portal. The district magistrate will then forward it to the Nodal department i.e Backward Classes Welfare Department or Tribal Development Department as the case maybe through the state portal.
    • The commissioner, KMC will recommend the names of eligible persons to the Nodal department directly through the state portal.
    The nodal department will sanction the pension and effect pension directly to the bank account of the beneficiary through the WBIFMS portal. The state portal www.jaibangla.wb.gov.in will be integrated with WBIFMS for seamless flow of disbursement of pension on 1st of every month.

    Payment of Pension Amount 

    The payment of pension shall be made centrally from the state directly to the bank account of the beneficiary.

    Information about Death of Pensioner

    On receipt of information of death of a recipient of pension and after proper verification of such information, Department shall take steps for stoppage of pension.

    In case of death of the recipient of the pension, the amount due shall be released to the nominee as indicated in the application form.

    Enhancement of Monthly Pension of Existing Schemes in New Joy Bangla Pension

    The state government at present implements a number of social security pension schemes, namely old age, widow and disability pension and manabik under the Women& Child Development department; Old Age, Widow and Disability Pension Schemes under the Panchayat and Rural Development and Urban Development & Municipal Affairs Departments; Old age pension for ST persons under the Tribal Development Department; Farmers Old Age pension under the agriculture department; Fisherman Old Age Pension under the Fisheries department; Artisan and Weaver Old Age Pension under the MSME&T Department and Lok Prasar Prakalpa under the I&CA Department.

    Out of these schemes, the monthly pension is Rs. 1000 per month for Manabik, Old Age pension for ST persons, Farmers Old Age Pension, Fishermen Old Age Pension, Artisan and Weaver Old Age Pension and Lok Prasar Prakalpa.

    But for Old Age, Widow and Disability and Disability pension under the Women and Child Development Department the pension is Rs. 750 per month and for Old Age, Widow and Disability Pension Schemes under the Panchayat and Rural Department and Urban Development & Municipal Affairs department, the pension is Rs. 600 per month.

    The state government has now decided to increase the monthly pension to uniform rate of Rs. 1000 per month, in case of schemes where benefit is Rs. 600 or Rs. 750 per month.

    Merging of Old Pension Schemes in WB Jai Bangla Pension Scheme

    The state government has further decided to merge the disability pension scheme administered by the Women & Child Development Department with Manabik Scheme and the Old Age Pension Scheme of the Tribal Development Department with the Jai Johar Scheme.

    The Jai Bangla Pension Scheme 2022 shall now cover the following pension schemes:
    • Taposili Bandhu
    • Jai Johar
    • Manabik
    • Lok Prasar Prakalpa
    • Old Age, and Widow Pension Scheme (W&CD)
    • Old Age, and Widow Pension Scheme (P&RD, UD&MA)
    • Farmers Old Age Pension
    • Fisherman's Old Age Pension
    • Artisan and Weaver Old Age Pension
    • Management of the Scheme
    The finance department will setup and manage the state portal www.jaibangla.wb.gov.in and ensure the effective management and timely management of the Jai Bangla Scheme.

    For the existing pension schemes of Manabik, Old Age, and Widow Pension Schemes (W&CD), Old Age, and Widow Pension Schemes (P&RD, UD&MA), Lok Prasar Prakalpa (I&CA), Farmers Old Age Pension (Agriculture), Fisherman's Old Age Pension (Fisheries), Artisan and Weaver Old Age Pension (MSME&T), the concerned departments shall continue to act as Nodal department regarding sanction and payment of pension.     • तारबंदी स्कीम एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म को डाउनलोड करने के बाद आपको आवेदन फॉर्म में पूछी गयी सभी जानकारी सही सही भरनी होगी।

    जो किसान नीचे दिए हुए पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा करेंगे, वो किसान ही राजस्थान तारबंदी योजना 2022 ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन / एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म भर सकते हैं:-
    • किसान राजस्थान का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए। 
    • इस योजना के लाभ के लिए किसान के पास कम से काम 0.5 हेक्टेयर कृषि योग्य भूमि होनी चाहिए। 
    • आवेदक का बैंक खाता होना चाहिए क्योकि सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली धनराशि सीधे लाभार्थी के बैंक खाता में ट्रांसफर की जाएगी।

    तारबंदी स्कीम राजस्थान के मुख्य लाभ नीचे दिए गए हैं:- 
    • तारबंदी योजना किसानो की पैदावार को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, अब किसान बिना किसी दिक्कत के अच्छी फसल उगा सकेंगे।
    • इस नई योजना की मदद से किसान अपने खेतो में बाड़ बना कर या फिर तारबंदी करके अपने खेतो को बचा सकते है।
    • तारबंदी योजना के अंतर्गत तारबंदी का 50% खर्चा सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा बाकि का 50% किसानो को खुद ही देना होगा। इसमें अधिकतम रु 40,000 तक खर्च सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा।
    • इससे आवारा पशुओ द्वारा होने वाली फसल की बर्बादी को रोका जा सकेगा।
    • इसके लिए कम से कम 3 लाख 96 हजार रूपये तक की राशि उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी।
    • राजस्थान तारबंदी योजना 2022 के अंतर्गत अधिकतम 400 मीटर तक की तारबंदी के लिए ही सब्सिडी दी जाएगी।
    • इससे राजस्थान की कृषि उन्नत होगी और राजस्थान कृषि में आगे बढ़ेगा और राजस्थान का हर किसान अपनी फसल अच्छे से पैदा कर सकेगा।
    • अब गरीब किसान भी अपने खेतो में आसानी से तार लगा कर खेती-बाड़ी कर सकते है।

    राजस्थान तारबंदी योजना 2022 को लांच की जरुरत क्यों पड़ी 

    खेत में तार (बाड़) लगाने के लिए खर्चा बहुत अधिक होता है और ऐसे में छोटे और सीमान्त किसानो के पास तारबंदी के लिए धन नहीं होता। किसान अपने खेत की तारबंदी करने में असमर्थ रहते है। उनकी फसलें जंगली जानवरों या अन्य पशुओं द्वारा नष्ट कर दी जाती है जिससे किसानों को काफी नुक्सान होता है। इसीलिए राजस्थान सरकार ने यह बहुत ही बढ़िया कदम उठाया है। अब छोटे और सीमान्त किसानो को खेती करने के लिए बाड़ (तार) लगाने के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा मदद की जाएगी। इससे किसानों की फसलें सुरक्षित रहेंगी और तार लगाने से आवारा पशु भी उनके खेत में नहीं जा सकेंगे।

    **मेरे प्यारे साथियो** आज हम आपको छत्तीसगढ़ दिव्यांग स्कॉलरशिप योजना ऑनलाइन आवेदन / पंजीकरण पत्र के बारे में बताएंगे। निःशक्तजन छात्रवृत्ति योजना 2022 में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकार द्वारा विकलांग छात्रों को पढ़ाई में मदद के लिए शुरू किया गया है। CG Disabled Scholarship Scheme के तहत निशक्त बच्चों को उनकी आवश्यकता, क्षमता और पारिवारिक दृष्टिकोण के अनुसार सहयोग प्रदान किया जाएगा। तो आइए इस दिव्यांगजन छात्रवृत्ति योजना से जुडी सारी जानकारी जैसे की आवेदन की प्रक्रिया, उद्देश्य, पात्रता, लाभ, दस्तावेज हम आपको बताते हैं।
     
    समाज कल्याण विभाग, छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा CG Disablility Scholarship Scheme इसलिए चलाई जा रही है ताकि दिव्यांग छात्रों को शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के लिए वित्तीय मदद प्रदान की जा सके। इस दिव्यांगजन छात्रवृत्ति योजना में वे छात्र जोकि अपंग है और साथ ही कक्षा पहली से कक्षा 5वीं तक में पढ़ाई कर रहे है उन्हें 150 रूपये प्रति वर्ष प्रदान किये जा रहे है। कक्षा 6वीं से कक्षा 8वीं तक के निशक्त छात्रों को 170 रूपये दिए जाएंगे। इसके बाद 9वीं से 12वीं तक की कक्षा वाले विकलांग छात्रों को 190 रूपये छात्रवृति के रूप में दिए जाने का प्रावधान रखा गया है।

    यदि कोई भी व्यक्ति निःशक्तजन छात्रवृति स्कीम के अंतर्गत आर्थिक मदद चाहता है, तो उसे पात्रता मानदंड (Eligibility Criteria) पूरे करने होंगे:-
    • आवेदनकर्ता छत्तीसगढ़ का निवासी होना चाहिए। 
    • आवेदक को  दिव्यांगता 40% या उससे अधिक हो। 
    • पूर्व माध्यमिक स्तर के लिए कोई आय सीमा निर्धारित नहीं है। 
    • आवेदन करने वाला शाला /महाविद्यालय /तकनीकी शाला का नियमित छात्र हो। 
    केवल वे ही छात्र जो इन पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं, वे ही आर्थिक सहायता के हक़दार होंगे।

    PM Narendra Modi launched PM Gati Shakti Yojana 2022 and made various announcements regarding this in Union Budget 2022-23. The announcement to start PM Gatishakti National Master Plan was earlier made on the occasion of Independence Day (15 August 2021) from Red Fort. It is a Rs. 100 lakh crore employment scheme for youth. पीएम मोदी ने किया 100 लाख करोड़ की "प्रधानमंत्री गतिशक्ति योजना" की शुरुवात, लाखों युवाओं के लिए योजगार के अवसर लाएगी। 


    PM Gatishakti Yojana in Union Budget 2022-23

    PM GatiShakti is a transformative approach for economic growth and sustainable development. The approach is driven by seven engines namely:- 
    • Roads,
    • Railways,
    • Airports,
    • Ports,
    • Mass Transport,
    • Waterways, and
    • Logistics Infrastructure. 
    All seven engines will pull forward the economy in unison. These engines are supported by the complementary roles of Energy Transmission, IT Communication, Bulk Water & Sewerage, and Social Infrastructure. Finally, the approach is powered by Clean Energy and Sabka Prayas - the efforts of the Central Government, the state governments, and the private sector together - leading to huge job and entrepreneurial opportunities for all, especially the youth.

    PM GatiShakti National Master Plan

    The scope of PM GatiShakti National Master Plan will encompass the seven engines for economic transformation, seamless multimodal connectivity and logistics efficiency. It will also include the infrastructure developed by the state governments as per the GatiShakti Master Plan. The focus will be on planning, financing including through innovative ways, use of technology, and speedier implementation.

    The projects pertaining to these 7 engines in the National Infrastructure Pipeline will be aligned with PM GatiShakti framework. The touchstone of the Master Plan will be world-class modern infrastructure and logistics synergy among different modes of movement - both of people and goods - and location of projects. This will help raise productivity, and accelerate economic growth and development.

    Road Transport

    PM GatiShakti Master Plan for Expressways will be formulated in 2022-23 to facilitate faster movement of people and goods. The National Highways network will be expanded by 25,000 km in 2022-23. Rs. 20,000 crore will be mobilized through innovative ways of financing to complement the public resources.

    Seamless Multimodal Movement of Goods and People

    The data exchange among all mode operators will be brought on Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP), designed for Application Programming Interface (API). This will provide for efficient movement of goods through different modes, reducing logistics cost and time, assisting just-in-time inventory management, and in eliminating tedious documentation. Most importantly, this will provide real time information to all stakeholders, and improve international competitiveness. Open-source mobility stack, for organizing seamless travel of passengers will also be facilitated.

    Multimodal Logistics Parks

    Contracts for implementation of Multimodal Logistics Parks at four locations through PPP mode will be awarded in 2022-23.

    Railways

    • Railways will develop new products and efficient logistics services for small farmers and Small and Medium Enterprises, besides taking the lead in integration of Postal and Railways networks to provide seamless solutions for movement of parcels.
    • "One Station-One Product" concept will be popularized to help local businesses & supply chains.
    • As a part of Atmanirbhar Bharat, 2,000 km of network will be brought under Kavach, the indigenous world-class technology for safety and capacity augmentation in 2022-23. Four hundred new-generation Vande Bharat Trains with better energy efficiency and passenger riding experience will be developed and manufactured during the next three years.
    • One hundred PM GatiShakti Cargo Terminals for multimodal logistics facilities will be developed during the next three years.

    Mass Urban Transport including Connectivity to Railways

    Innovative ways of financing and faster implementation will be encouraged for building metro systems of appropriate type at scale. Multimodal connectivity between mass urban transport and railway stations will be facilitated on priority. Design of metro systems, including civil structures, will be re-oriented and standardized for Indian conditions and needs.

    Parvatmala: National Ropeways Development Programme

    As a preferred ecologically sustainable alternative to conventional roads in difficult hilly areas, National Ropeways Development Programme will be taken up on PPP mode. The aim is to improve connectivity and convenience for commuters, besides promoting tourism. This may also cover congested urban areas, where conventional mass transit system is not feasible. Contracts for 8 ropeway projects for a length of 60 km will be awarded in 2022-23.

    Capacity Building for Infrastructure Projects

    With technical support from the Capacity Building Commission, central ministries, state governments, and their infra-agencies will have their skills upgraded. This will ramp up capacity in planning, design, financing (including innovative ways), and implementation management of the PM GatiShakti infrastructure projects.

    Uttar Pradesh Government has launched UP One District One Product Scheme 2022 official website at odopup.in. This scheme aims to give separate identity to each district on the basis of most popular, most produced and famous product. People can now check the complete list of district wise selected products under 1 District 1 Product Scheme. 
    The main objective of UP One District One Product (ODOP) Scheme is to create employment opportunities for jobless youths of the state. ODOP Scheme was firstly launched on 24 January 2018 (launch date) by CM Yogi Adityanath to raise GDP of Uttar Pradesh. The UP government's One District, One Product scheme aims to encourage indigenous and specialized products and crafts. 
    Each district is assigned a product under Ek Zila - Ek Utpadan Scheme, the list of which is given below. This scheme will also ensure that quality of particular product which is assigned to a district is raised.

    उत्तर प्रदेश विश्वकर्मा श्रम सम्मान योजना ऑनलाइन आवेदन / पंजीकरण पत्र अब आधिकारिक वेबसाइट http://diupmsme.upsdc.gov.in/hi (official website) पर मांगे जा रहे हैं। विश्वकर्मा श्रम सम्मान योजना हेतु आवेदक उत्तर प्रदेश का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए। आवेदक की न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। आवेदक को पारम्परिक कारीगरी जैसे बढ़ई, दर्जी, टोकरी बुनकर, नाई, सुनार, लोहार, कुम्हार, हलवाई, मोची अथवा दस्तकारी व्यवसाय से जुड़ा होना चाहिए| योजनान्तर्गत पात्रता हेतु जाति एक मात्र आधार नहीं होगा।

    योजनान्तर्गत लाभ प्राप्त करने हेतु ऐसे व्यक्ति भी पात्र होंगे जो परम्परागत कारीगरी करने वाली जाति से भिन्न हों। ऐसे आवेदकों को परम्परागत कारीगरी से जुड़े होने के प्रमाण के रूप में ग्राम प्रधान, अध्यक्ष नगर पंचायत अथवा नगर पालिका/नगर निगम के सम्बन्धित वार्ड के सदस्य द्वारा निर्गत किया गया प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा। परिवार का केवल एक सदस्य ही योजनान्तर्गत हेतु पात्र होगा। परिवार का आशय पति अथवा पत्नी से है।

    जो भी आवेदक विश्वकर्मा श्रम सम्मान योजना के अंतर्गत आवेदन / पंजीकरण करना चाहते हैं, उन्हें इन पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करना होगा:-
    • आवेदक की आयु न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए
    • आवेदक उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी होना चाहिए
    • शैक्षिक योग्यता अनिवार्य नहीं है
    • पिछले 2 वर्षों में आवेदक ने केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार से टूलकिट के संबंध में कोई लाभ प्राप्त नहीं किया है
    • योजना के अनुसार, आवेदक या उसके परिवार का कोई भी सदस्य केवल एक बार ही योजना के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र होगा। परिवार का अर्थ पत्ति एवं पत्नी से है।
    • योजना के तहत पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करने के लिए एक शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत किया जाना है

    योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार की अन्य ऋण योजनाओं की सूची

    उत्तर प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गयी अन्य ऋण योजनाओ की सूची इस प्रकार है:-

    मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना 

    प्रदेश के शिक्षित युवा बेरोजगारो को स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना संचालित है। योजनान्तर्गत उद्योग स्थापना हेतु रु० 25.00 लाख तक एवं सेवा क्षेत्र हेतु रु० 10.00 लाख तक का ऋण बैंको के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा 25 प्रतिशत मार्जिन मनी उपलब्ध करायें जाने का भी प्रावधान है जो कि उद्योग क्षेत्र हेतु अधिकतम रु० 6.25 लाख तथा सेवा क्षेत्र हेतु अधिकतम रु० 2.50 लाख है। इस हेतु अभ्यर्थी को उ0प्र0 का मूल निवासी एवं हाई स्कूल उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है। अभ्यर्थी की आयु 18 से 40 वर्ष के मध्य होनी चाहिए तथा वह किसी भी वित्तीय संस्थान से चूककर्ता(डिफाल्टर) नहीं होना चाहिए। योजनान्तर्गत स्क्रूटिनी उपरान्त चयनित अभ्यर्थियों के आवेदन पत्रों को बैंक प्रेषित कर ऋण स्वीकृत एवं वितरित कराया जाता है।
       

    एक जनपद एक उत्पाद (ओ.डी.ओ.पी) वित्त पोषण हेतु सहायता योजना

    योजना का उद्देश्य एक जनपद एक उत्पाद(ओ.डी.ओ.पी) के अन्तर्गत चयनित उत्पादों के समग्र विकास के लिए वित्तीय प्रोत्साहन के माध्यम से कारीगरों / श्रमिकों / उद्यमियों को लाभान्वित करना है | योजनान्तर्गत उद्योग, सेवा एवं व्यवसाय क्षेत्र में वित्त पोषण में सहायता की सुविधा संबन्धित जनपद हेतु चिन्हित ओ.डी.ओ.पी उत्पाद की परियोजना/ इकाइयों को ही प्राप्त होगी।

    • योजनान्तर्गत रु० 25.00 लाख तक की कुल परियोजना लागत की इकाइयों हेतु परियोजना लागत का 25 प्रतिशत या अधिकतम रू 6.25 लाख, जो भी कम हो ,मार्जिन मनी के रूप में देय होगी ।
    • रु० 25 लाख से अधिक एवं 50.00 लाख तक की कुल परियोजना लागत की इकाइयों हेतु धनराशि रू 6.25 लाख अथवा परियोजना लागत का 20 प्रतिशत, जो भी अधिक हो ,मार्जिन मनी के रूप में देय होगी ।
    • रु० 50 लाख से अधिक एवं रु० 150.00 लाख तक की कुल परियोजना लागत की इकाइयों हेतु धनराशि रू 10 लाख अथवा परियोजना लागत का 10 प्रतिशत, जो भी अधिक हो ,मार्जिन मनी के रूप में देय होगी ।
    • रु० 150.00 लाख से अधिक की कुल परियोजना लागत की इकाइयों हेतु परियोजना लागत का 10 प्रतिशत या अधिकतम रू 20 लाख, जो भी कम हो ,मार्जिन मनी के रूप में देय होगी ।

    आवेदक की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। शैक्षिक योग्यता की कोई बाध्यता नहीं है। आवेदक या इकाई किसी भी राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक/वित्तीय संस्था/ सरकारी संस्था इत्यादि का चूककर्ता नहीं होना चाहिए। योजनान्तर्गत चयनित अभ्यर्थियों के आवेदन पत्रों को बैंक प्रेषित कर ऋण स्वीकृत एवं वितरित कराया जाता है।

    एक जनपद एक उत्पाद प्रशिक्षण एवं टूलकिट योजना

    एक जनपद एक उत्पाद कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत जनपद विशेष हेतु चिन्हित उत्पाद से सम्बन्धित सामान्य तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण, क्राफ्ट की बेसिक एवं एडवांस्ड ट्रेनिंग एवं उद्यमिता विकास प्रशिक्षण ,विभिन्न संस्थाओं के माध्यम से प्रदान कराने हेतु तथा ओ.डी.ओ.पी उत्पादों की संपूर्ण मूल्य श्रृंखला में कुशल कार्यबल की वर्तमान और भविष्य की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के उद्देश्य से एक जनपद एक उत्पाद प्रशिक्षण एवं टूलकिट वितरण योजना संचालित है | इसके अतिरिक्त, प्रशिक्षण उपरांत योजना के अंतर्गत कारीगरों / श्रमिकों को प्रासंगिक उन्नत टूल-किट का वितरण किया जायेगा।

    प्रशिक्षण

    • योजनान्तर्गत चयनित व्यक्तियों को कुल 10 दिनों का कौशल एवं उद्यमिता विकास का प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा |
    • प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम निशुल्क एवं अनावासीय होगा |
    • प्रशिक्षार्थी को प्रतिदिन रु. 200/- मानदेय के रूप में दिया जाएगा |

    प्रशिक्षार्थी की पात्रता

    • आवेदन करने की तिथि को प्रशिक्षार्थी की आयु न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए ।
    • प्रशिक्षार्थी को उत्तर प्रदेश का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए |
    • शैक्षिक योग्यता की कोई बाध्यता नहीं होगी |
    • आवेदक द्वारा भारत अथवा प्रदेश सरकार की अन्य किसी योजनान्तर्गत उत्पाद से सम्बंधित टूलकिट का लाभ विगत 02 वर्षों में प्राप्त नहीं किया हो |

    हस्तशिल्पियों के कौशल विकास की प्रशिक्षण योजना, उ0प्र0

    यह प्रशिक्षण भारत सरकार के राष्ट्रीय हस्तशिल्प पुरस्कार/राज्य हस्तशिल्प पुरस्कार व दक्षता पुरस्कार प्राप्त शिल्पकारों तथा विकास आयुक्त हस्तशिल्प द्वारा शिल्पगुरू की उपाधि से अलंकृत शिल्पकारों के घरों पर उन्हीं के व्यक्तिगत निर्देशन व संरक्षण में संचालित किया जाता है। हस्तशिल्प क्षेत्र मे परम्परागत विधा से हो रहे कार्य को धीरे धीरे बेहतर तकनीकी से करना एवं इस हेतु उनको कौशल विकास की दर से प्रशिक्षित कराना इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य है| Link - http://diupmsme.upsdc.gov.in/doc/Schemes/Hastshilp.pdf

    अनु0 जाति/ जनजाति के व्यक्तियों के प्रशिक्षण की योजना, उ0प्र0

    अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के प्रशिक्षण की योजना, उ0प्र0

    अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों में कौशल विकास संवर्धन के माध्यम से उद्यमशीलता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से प्रशिक्षण कराया जाएगा। यह प्रशिक्षण जनपद में चार माह की अवधि का होगा, जिसमें कुल 37 प्रशिक्षार्थी लिए जाएंगे।अभ्यर्थियों को एक माह का सैद्धांतिक प्रशिक्षण एवं 03 माह का व्यवहारिक प्रशिक्षण विभिन्न क्षेत्रीय इकाइयो / सेवा केन्द्रो पर दिया जाता है|प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम समाप्त हो जाने के पश्चात अभ्यर्थियों को संबन्धित ट्रेड़ों की टूलकिट दी जाती है| Link http://diupmsme.upsdc.gov.in/doc/Schemes/OBC.pdf

    How to Get Lakshmibai Social Security Pension Benefits

    To get the benefit of Lakshmibai Social Security Pension, the person who fulfills the eligibility has to submit his application in the prescribed form at the RTPS counter located at the block office level. In the light of the recommendation received from the Panchayat Secretary and the documents maintained, Lakshmibai Social Security Pension Scheme is approved by the Sub-Divisional Officer on the recommendation of the Block Development Officer on SSPMIS electronically. After accepting online, the approval order is issued automatically with the number and date, as well as if the mobile number of the beneficiary is maintained then it is also given on his mobile.

    Payment Process for Laxmi bai Widow Pension Scheme in Bihar

    The amount is paid to the beneficiaries under the Lakshmibai Social Security Pension through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) process. In this process, on the basis of the account number provided by the beneficiary, the amount of pension is paid directly to the beneficiary s account from the state level through PFMS. Pension payments are made quarterly/monthly as far as possible. 

    After the verification of the payment file from PFMS, it is prepared as soon as possible by the authorized officials from the Directorate level, after approving it on PFMS, Ready for Payment i.e. for payment. In the light of the availability of the amount, the payment will be allowed by the director on the Ready for Payment file, after which the process of pension payment is done by the authorized officials by editing the process of digital signature and direct payment (DBT) is done in the account of the beneficiaries.

    Laxmibai Social Security Pension Grievance Redressal

    Under this scheme complain can be lodged at the office of the Public Grievance Redressal Officer at the subdivision level and the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer at the district level. In addition, complaints related to this scheme can be lodged at the district office andAdditional Chief Secretary / Principal Secretary / Secretary, Social Welfare Department at the state level.

    ***मेरे प्यारे साथियों*** आज हम आपको यूपी कृषि केन्द्र योजना 2022 (वन स्टाफ शॉप) के बारे में बताएंगे। किसानों के हितलाभ के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा कृषि में प्रशिक्षित युवाओं की सेवाओं का उपयोग करने हेतु उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा UP Agri Junction Scheme संचालित की जानी है। इस प्रशिक्षित कृषि उद्यमी स्वालम्बन योजना का उद्देश्य किसानों को उनके फसल उत्पादों के लिए कृषि केन्द्र (एग्री जंक्शन) के बैनर तले समस्त सुविधायें "वन स्टाफ शॉप" के माध्यम से कृषि स्नातकों द्वारा कराया जाना है। आज हम आपको उत्तर प्रदेश एग्री जंक्शन के बारे में बताएंगे। 

    उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि केंद्र योजना 2022 - UP Agri Junction Scheme   

    यह कृषि केन्द्र निम्नवत् सेवाओं को एक छत के नीचे उपलब्ध कराये जाने की सुविधा प्रदान करेंगे
    • मृदा परीक्षण सुविधा तथा उर्वरक उपयोग हेतु संस्तुतियां।
    • उच्च गुणवत्ता के बीज, उर्वरक, जैव उर्वरक, माइक्रोन्यूट्रियन्ट्स, वर्मी कम्पोस्ट, कीटनाशक तथा जैव कीटनाशकों सहित समस्त कृषि निवेशों की आपूर्ति।
    • लघु कृषियंत्रों को किराये पर उपलब्ध कराये जाने की व्यवस्था।
    • प्रसार सेवायें तथा कृषि प्रक्षेत्र निर्देशन।
    उक्त के अतिरिक्त कृषि केन्द्रों द्वारा कृषि उपकरणों की मरम्मत तथा अनुरक्षण पशु आहार, कृषि उत्पादों एवं प्रसंस्कृत कृषि उत्पादों का विक्रय, मौसम/ विपणन व अन्य सम्बन्धित सूचनाओं के लिए सूचना विज्ञान की स्थापना कराया जायेगा।

    यूपी कृषि केन्द्र योजना अंतर्गत कृषि प्रशिक्षित उद्यामियों के लिए सुविधाएं 

    राज्य सरकार द्वारा कृषि प्रशिक्षित उद्यामियों को निम्न सुविधायें प्रदान की जायेंगी
    • कृषि व्यवसायं गतिविधियों के लिए लाइसेन्स प्राप्त करने में सहायता तथा लाइसेन्स फीस के व्यय की प्रतिपूर्ति।
    • इस उद्देश्य के लिए बैंकों से ऋण प्राप्त करने में सहायता तथा 04 प्रतिशत की दर से ब्याज अनुदान की व्यवस्था। यह अनुदान बैंक की बैंक इन्डेड सब्सिडी के रूप में रखा जायेगा तथा वर्ष की समाप्ति पर ऋणी के खाते में क्रेडिट कर दिया जायेगा।
    • एक वर्ष तक के लिए परिसर के किराये के 50 प्रतिशत की धनराशि जो रूपया 1000/- से अधिक न हो।
    • स्वतन्त्र कृषि केन्द्र व्यवसायं की स्थापना हेतु कृषि व्यवसाइयों को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कराना।
    • लघु कृषि यंत्रों को अनुदानित दर पर किराये पर उपलब्ध कराना।

    वन स्टाफ शॉप की भूमिका 

    प्रदेश की सभी विकास खण्डों एवं तहसील मुख्यालयों पर स्थापित "वन स्टाफ शाप्स" पर किसान गुणवत्ता, कृषि निवेश एवं कृषि प्रक्षेत्र निर्देशन प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। इसी के साथ युवा कृषि स्नातक स्वयं स्वरोजगार के लिए सक्षम होंगे। वित्तीय वर्ष 2016-17 में 1000 एग्री जंक्शन केन्द्रों (वर्ष 2015-16 के अवशेष लक्ष्य 399 को सम्मिलित करते हए) की स्थापना का लक्ष्य रखा गया था, जिसमें रूपये 60,000/-प्रति केन्द्र अनुदान दिये जाने की व्यवस्था शासन द्वारा अनुमन्य की गयी है, परन्तु शासन निदेशालय के पत्रांक-प्रसार 57 दिनांक 26.04.2016 के द्वारा प्रशासनिक/वित्तीय स्वीकृति प्रदान करने हेतु प्रमुख सचिव (कृषि), उ0प्र0 शासन को प्रेषित की गयी थी। 

    शासन के पत्र संख्या-518/12-3-2016-100(4)/2015 दिनांक 29.04.2016 द्वारा उक्त योजना हेतु सम्पूर्ण प्राविधानित धनराशि रूपये 70,500 हजार की वित्तीय स्वीकृति जारी की गयी है। शासन द्वारा योजना की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति शासन द्वारा जारी नहीं की गयी थी। तत्पश्चात् शासन के पत्र संख्या 684/12-3-2016-100(4)/2015 दिनांक 03.06.2016 के क्रम में प्रेषित निदेशालय के पत्रांक-प्रसार 418 दिनांक - 04.06.2016 प्रशिक्षित कृषि उद्यमी स्वावलम्बन एग्री जंक्शन योजना के सन्दर्भ में वस्तुस्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुए कार्य योजना की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति प्रदान करने का अनुरोध शासन से किया गया था। वित्तीय वर्ष 2015-16 में योजना का क्रियान्वयन शासनादेश संख्या-1681/12-3-2015-100(4)/2015 दिनांक 02.11.2015 के अनुरूप किया गया। 

    उक्त शासनादेश के अन्तर्गत ब्याज अनुदान की धनराशि रूपये 42,000/-प्रति केन्द्र 03 वर्ष के लिए प्राविधानित की गयी थी। वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष 2016-17 में ब्याज अनुदान की धनराशि का आंगणन साधारण तरीके से ऋण की धनराशि रूपये 3.50 लाख पर 5 प्रतिशत की दर से करने पर रूपये 52,500/- प्रति केन्द्र निदेशालय स्तर से प्रस्तावित किया गया था, जो कि बैंकिंग गणना के आधार पर त्रुटिपूर्ण है। ऋण पर ब्याज अनुदान की धनराशि रूपये 42,000/- प्रति केन्द्र के आधार पर प्रस्तावित कार्य योजना की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति इस शर्त के साथ प्रदान की गयी कि उक्त योजना का क्रियान्वयन शासनादेश संख्या संख्या-1681/12-3-2015-100(4)/ 2015 दिनांक 02.11.2015 के प्राविधानों के अनुसार ही किया जायेगा।

    उक्त के क्रम में वित्तीय वर्ष 2016-17 में शासन द्वारा स्वीकृत रूपये 705 लाख के सापेक्ष रूपये 600 लाख की कार्य योजना 1000 एग्री जंक्शन केन्द्रों की स्थापना हेतु प्राप्त हुई है, शेष रूपये 105 लाख जिसकी कि प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति शासन द्वारा प्रदान की जा चुकी है, के व्यय हेतु रूपये 60,000/-प्रति केन्द्र की दर से 175 अन्य एग्री जंक्शन केन्द्रों की स्थापना कराये जाने से सम्बन्धित प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत है, जिस पर शासन से अनुमोदन अपेक्षित है।

    यह योजना नाबार्ड के परामर्श एवं प्रदेश में कार्यरत सहकारी बैंक/ भूमि विकास बैंक/अन्य सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों के माध्यम से क्रियाशील की जायेगी।

    यूपी प्रशिक्षित कृषि उद्यमी स्वालम्बन योजना पात्रता

    उत्तर प्रदेश में निवास करने वाले कृषि स्नातक/कृषि व्यवसायं प्रबन्धन स्नातक/स्नातक जो कृषि एवं सहबद्ध विषयों यथा-उद्यान, पशुपालन, वानिकी, दुग्ध, पशुचिकित्सा, मुर्गी पालन एवं इसी तरह की गतिविधियां जो किसी राज्य/केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय या किसी अन्य विश्वविद्यालयों जो आई0सी0ए0 आर0/यू0जी0सी0 द्वारा मान्यता हों, पात्र होंगे।
    इसके अतिरिक्त अनुभव प्राप्त डिप्लोमाधारी/कृषि विषय में इन्टरमीडिएट योग्य प्रार्थी पर विचार किया जायेगा।
     

    यूपी कृषि केंद्र (एग्री जंक्शन) योजना विशेषताएं  

    आयु40 वर्ष से अनधिक, अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति/महिलाओं को 05 वर्ष की छूट अधिकतम्।
    योजना लागतरू0 4.00 लाख (अधिकतम्)
    ऋण सीमारू0 3.50 लाख
    प्रतिपूर्ति राशिरू0 0.50 लाख (प्रोजेक्ट लागत का 12.50 प्रतिशत) ऋणी आवेदक द्वारा अभिदान किया जायेगा।
    राज्य सरकार द्वारा अधिकतम् रू0 60,000/- की सहायता निम्नानुसार की जायेगी
    अग्रिम ब्याज अनुदान रू0 42,000/- तीन वर्ष के लिए प्रस्तावित कार्य हेतु, परिसर किराया 50 प्रतिशत प्रति माह अधिकतम् रू0 12,000/- किराया (रू0 1,000/-प्रतिमाह केवल प्रथम वर्ष के लिए)
    लाइसेन्सिस फीस की प्रतिपूर्ति रू0 3,000/- (अधिकतम्)
    अन्य व्ययअधिकतम् रू0 3,000/- उद्यमी कृषि निवेशों की आपूर्ति एवं अन्य कलापों के लिए अनुमन्य अनुदान प्राप्त करने हेतु मान्य होंगे।
    वितरणप्रशिक्षण अवधि पूर्ण करने के उपरान्त ।
    लाक इन पीरियड36 माह
    सुविधायेंसावधि ऋण या नगद क्रेडिट ऋण की सीमा तक।
    ब्याज दरब्याज दर बैंक के बेस दर के निकट रखी जायेगी। योजना का उद्देश्य क्रेडिट निवेश दर को बढ़ावा देकर उत्तर प्रदेश में कृषि पूंजी सृजित करना। ताकि ''वन स्टाफ शाप'' के सृजन से कृषकों को लाभान्वित किया जा सके।
    डाक्यूमेन्टशनबैंक में लागू डायरेक्ट एग्री सिग्मेन्ट अग्रिम के अनुसार।
    प्रतिभूति(1) प्राथमिक बैंक से पोषित, सृजित, प्रकल्पित परिसम्पत्ति
    (2) कोलेटेरल धनराशि के लिए थर्ड पार्टी गारन्टी, महिला के केस में (माता, पिता/पति पत्नी)।
    पुर्नभुगतान03 माह के मोरैटोरियम अवधि को सम्मिलित करते हुए 36 से 60 माह में।
    प्रशिक्षण एण्ड हैंण्ड होल्डिंगचयनित आवेदकों को व्यवसायं के निमित्त ऋण राशि के पूर्व राज्य कृषि प्रबन्ध विस्तार प्रशिक्षण संस्था (समेती, रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ)/आर-सेटीज के द्वारा कम से कम 12 दिन का ग्रामीण व्यवसायं विकास योजना (आर0ई0डी0पी0) का प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कराया जायेगा।
    चयन प्रक्रियाआवेदकों के नाम सरकारी/सहकारी क्षेत्र के बैंकों द्वारा राज्य सरकार की जिला स्तरीय समिति जिसमें ब्लाक स्तरीय एवं बैंक की संयुक्त समिति द्वारा आवेदकों की प्रारम्भि छटनी के उपरान्त प्रकाशित किया जायेगा। यह समिति 03 सदस्यीय होगी, जिसमें जिला मैजिस्ट्रेट/ मुख्य विकास अधिकारी, जिला कृषि अधिकारी एवं बैंक का एक प्रतिनिधि/एल0डी0एम0 होंगे। अन्य विभागों से सम्बन्धित प्रतिनिधियों को भी आमंत्रित किया जा सकता है।

    Objectives of CG Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana

    Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana aims to make the public service delivery system equally accessible to all the citizens with enhanced accountability, transparency, responsiveness and inclusiveness. The primary objectives of the Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana are:-
    • To deliver citizen services in a time bound manner.

    CG Mitaan Yojana Portal 

    Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana focuses on the collection of the required documents from the home of the citizens through a nominated individual "Mitaan" who shall be scanning the certificates and would get the processes rolling for issuance of the certificates/ services to the citizens and once the certificate is issued by the department, same shall be delivered at the citizens door-step by the Mitaan in a sealed envelope.     To get doorstep delivery of services, all citizens will have to call a specified helpline number. Each citizen can call on contact number 14545 to book a slot for Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana.     Answer: Hamar Sarkar Hamar Dwar (Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana) aims to provide more than 100 citizen centric services to the citizen of chhattisgarh via home delivery model. Currently services are launched in 14 cities of Chhattisgarh.

    Question: What are the objectives of Hamar Sarkar Hamar Dwar (Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana)?
    Answer: Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana has been envisaged with multiple objectives like to deliver citizen services in a time bound manner, to provide hassle free citizen service delivery channel, to provide platform for citizen to get first-hand information about the citizen services, develop a governance mechanism which assess the actual impact of the project, create a positive awareness about the governance and state partnership with the citizen.

    Question: Who can avail service through Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana?
    Answer: Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana is now operational in 14 ULBs in Chhattisgarh and citizens residing in these ULBs are eligible to avail services through Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana.

    Answer: Ambikapur, Bilaspur, Dhamtri, Korba, Rajnandgaon, Bhilai, Birgaon, Durg, Raigarh, Risali, Bhilai-Charoda, Chirmiri (Koriya), Jagdalpur & Raipur

    Question: How do I avail services through Mitaan?
    Answer: Citizen will have 3 (three) modes of raising Service Request. Mode 1: You can call 14545 where well-trained Call Centre Executives will be available to assist citizens and requests for citizen centric service available on Mitaan.

    Question: How much do I have to pay to avail services through Mitaan?
    Answer: Citizen has to pay Rs 50 and applicable Departmental fees to avail services. Departmental fees differ from service to service.

    Question: How do I confirm if my appointment is booked or not?
    Answer: Once the appointment is booked, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number. You can also verify appointment status on 'Track your Application status' page/section of this website.

    Question: Can I avail multiple services in one slot?
    Answer: One service can be availed in one slot. To avail multiple services, you can book individual slot for each service.

    Question: What documents do i need to avail services through Mitaan?
    Answer: Requirement of documents vary from service to service. Please click on 'Service List' in order to know about the mandatory requirement of document/s required for the desired service.

    Question: How do I track the status of service availed through Mitaan?
    Answer: You will get an SMS updates on the registered mobile number at each step of application process. You can also track through 'Track your Application status' page/section of this website.

    Question: How do I confirm the agent visiting me is genuine?
    Answer: Mitaan Field Executive will be wearing official uniform and carry ID card. For further authentication, once the appointment is booked, you will receive details of Mitaan Field Executive on the registered mobile number which you can use to verify Mitaan Field Executive.

    Question: Can I reschedule my appointment?
    Answer: Yes, you can reschedule your appointment 1 day before the scheduled time in case of any unforeseen circumstances by calling the Call Centre Number.

    Question: Where do I contact in case Mitaan does not reach on time?
    Answer: You may contact to the Call Centre Executive to know about Mitaan Field Executive status.

    Question: What payment option are enabled / available?
    Answer: Cash mode and various digital payment modes (UPI, Paytm etc) are available.

    Question: On which days is service available?
    Answer: Service is available from 8 AM to 8 PM on all days of the week except 26th January, 15th August and 2nd October.

    Question: Do I Handover original copies of supporting document to Mitaan Field Executive required for the service?
    Answer: The Mitaan Field Executive will scan the documents in the tablet/Mobile in your presence, upload the documents in the system and return back the original documents to you. Mitaan Field Executive is not authorized to bring hard copies of your supporting documents either in original or photocopy.

    Question: How can I get my certificate?
    Answer: Mitaan Field Executive shall deliver the certificate in a sealed envelope by visiting to your address given by you at the time of application submission.
