જન્મની નોંધણીએ બાળકનો હક્ક છે અને તેની ઓળખ સ્થાપવા માટેનું પ્રથમ પગલું છે. જન્મ અને મરણ નોંધણી અધિનિયમ, ૧૯૬૯ હેઠળ રજીસ્ટ્રારને દરેક જન્મ અને મરણની જાણ કરવી ફરજીયાત છે. જો ઘરમાં બનાવ બન્યો હોય તો, રજિસ્ટ્રાર(જન્મ-મરણ)ને જન્મ અને મરણના બનાવની જાણ કરવાની જવાબદારી કુટંબના વડાની છે. હોસ્પિટલો, નર્સિંગહોમ, આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્રો, વગેરે ખાતે બનતાં જન્મ અને મરણના બનાવની સબંધિત રજીસ્ટ્રાર(જન્મ-મરણ)ને જાણ કરવાની જવાબદારી જે તે સંસ્થાના ઇનચાર્જ અધિકારીની છે. જન્મ કે મરણનો બનાવ જ્યાં બન્યો હોય તેજ વિસ્તારમાં તેની નોંધણી થાય છે. જન્મની નોંધણી માટે ફોર્મ નં. ૧, મરણની નોંધણી માટે ફોર્મ નં. ૨ અને મૃત જન્મની નોંધણી માટે ફોર્મ નં. ૩નો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવે છે.

જન્મ-મરણની ઓનલાઇન નોંધણી માટે (ઈ ઓળખ) એપ્લીકેશન, નેશનલ ઇન્ફોર્મેટિક્સ સેન્ટર, ગુજરાત રાજ્ય દ્વારા ગુજરાત સરકારના આરોગ્ય અને કલ્યાણ વિભાગ માટે વિકસાવવામાં આવી છે. આ એપ્લિકેશનમાં કોઈપણ સમસ્યા હોય અથવા એપ્લિકેશન સંબંધિત સૂચનો હોય તો નાયબ રજીસ્ટ્રારશ્રી (જન્મ-મરણ) અને અધિક નિયામકશ્રી (આંકડા), બ્લોક 5/3, ડૉ. જીવરાજ મહેતા ભવન, ગાંધીનગર -382010નો સંપર્ક સાધવા વિનંતી છે. વધુમાં, જીલ્લાકક્ષાના પ્રશ્નોના માર્ગદર્શન માટે સબંધિત જીલ્લા પંચાયત ખાતે ફરજ બજાવતા જીલ્લા રજીસ્ટ્રારશ્રી (જન્મ-મરણ) અને મુખ્ય જીલ્લા આરોગ્ય અધિકારીશ્રીનો સંપર્ક સાધવા વિનંતી છે.

  • જન્મ કે મરણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર online download કરવા માટે આપની પાસે અરજી નંબર કે મોબાઇલ નંબર હોવો જરૂરી છે.

About eolakh.gujarat.gov.in Portal

The registration of the births and deaths in Gujarat is being done under the provisions of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 and corresponding rules made there under. The O/o Chief Registrar (Births & Death) & Commissioner of Health, Gujarat State has developed uniform software named "e-olakh" for Registration of Births and Deaths and issuance of certificates registered through the system. After implementing this software, the birth and death certificates are being issued through this software under the provisions of section-12/17 of the RBD Act, 1969.

The certificates issued through the software which is accessible at 'https://eolakh.gujarat.gov.in' have unique certificate number to each registered event across the state. These certificates are enabled with quick response (eR) code and the authenticity of the certificate can be verified from the website 'https://eolakh.gujarat.gov.in'. These certificates of birth and death are legally valid document and may be considered as authentic proof for all Government as well as Non Government purposes. 

Birth / Death Certificate Generation Process at e olakh Gujarat Portal

  • The process of generation of birth/death certificate through the application is as under:-
  • The events reported by the informants are being registered by the registrars using their user id & password. 
  • After approval of the registrar, the certificates are being generated electronically.
  • Either manual or facsimile signature of the issuing authority appears on the records. 
  • The certificates thus generated will be made available in the public portal of the 'e-olakh'.
All concerned departments of Central Governments and State Governments will ensure that the certificates issued by the Registrars/Sub Registrars through the e olakh application are accepted and not to insist for original certificates carrying manual signature of the issuing authority. Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 enable certificates to be provided to people free of cost from their own home.

PM Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme Application Form 2022 PDF Download available online at pmkisan.gov.in. Central government has launched a campaign for saturation of all PM Kisan beneficiaries with PM Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme. Farmers can now download Loan Application Form for Agricultural Credit for PM Kisan beneficiaries in PDF format. The Kisan Credit Card Apply Online Form is now available at the official PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana portal at pmkisan.gov.in.
As per notification dated 4 February 2020, govt. has started drive to saturate all eligible farmers under KCC in India. For this purpose, Indian Banks Association has waived off charges like processing, documentation, inspection & ledger folio charges as well as service charges for KCC loans upto Rs. 3 lakh. 

All the PM Kisan farmers can now approach their bank branches and submit the completed 1 page KCC registration form along with land record details & details of crops sown to get Kisan Credit Cards.

  • Then click at the "Download KCC Form" tab present in the main menu.

  • Applicants will have to take a printout of the downloaded PM Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme apply form. After filling in all the necessary details accurately, farmers can submit it with the concerned authorities.
All the banks have been directed to issue Kisan Credit Cards to farmers within 14 days of receiving KCC Application Form from PM-KISAN beneficiaries.

KCC Apply Online Implementation for PM-KISAN Farmers

PM Kisan is an income support scheme for all land holder families in India. Over 10.24 crore farmers families are registered on PM Kisan Portal and benefits have already been transferred to 9.75 cr beneficiaries. Bank account details of more than 9.75 cr farmers are already available with bank branches as govt. of India transfers funds through DBT mode. Moreover, Aadhaar card details of most of the PM Kisan Beneficiary farmers are available with the GoI. So, farmers can easily be provided with Kisan Credit Card benefits by submitting copy of land records and details of crop sown.

At present, there are 6.7 crore KCC beneficiaries in the country. Even if we assume that all KCC cardholders are PM-Kisan beneficiaries, there are around 3.5 cr farmers who does not have KCC. **मेरे प्यारे साथियो **आज हम आपको झारखण्ड नए राशन कार्ड की सूची (Jharkhand new ration card list 2022) के बारे में बताएंगे। झारखण्ड राशन कार्ड सूची 2022 (जिले / गांव वार लिस्ट) अब आधिकारिक वेबसाइट aahar.jharkhand.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है। आहार झारखण्ड पोर्टल से लोग अब नयी राशन कार्ड सूची, जिले / ब्लॉक वार राशन कार्ड धारकों की संख्या (SECC राशन कार्ड होल्डर सर्च), PDS ट्रांसक्शन रिपोर्ट, ercms प्रक्रिया, एप्लीकेशन स्टेटस चेक कर सकते हैं। 
अब झारखण्ड राज्य के सभी निवासी घर बैठे आप अपना नाम राशन कार्ड सूची में ऑनलाइन आहार पोर्टल पर देख सकते है। कोई भी व्यक्ति आमिर या गरीब हो उसका राशन कार्ड बना होता है, इस वेबसाइट के द्वारा आप अपना नाम नयी झारखण्ड NFSA लाभार्थी सूची में देख सकते है। जिस भी व्यक्ति का नाम झारखण्ड राशन कार्ड लिस्ट 2022 में शामिल नहीं है, उन्हें अब घबराने की जरुरत नहीं है। ऐसे सभी लोग अब नए राशन कार्ड बनवाने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र (रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म) भर सकते हैं।

इस पेज पर SECC कार्डधारक को अपने जिले का नाम (अनिवार्य), अपना नाम, पिता का नाम, राशन कार्ड नंबर, ब्लॉक और डीलर की जानकारी भरके Submit बटन पर क्लिक कर सकते है। अगर खाली जिले का नाम भरते  हैं जो की अनिवार्य है और सबमिट कर देते है तो पूरे जिले के राशन कार्ड धारकों कि सूची उपलब्ध हो जाएगी:-

जिले / ब्लॉक वार राशन कार्ड धारकों की संख्या

झारखण्ड राशन कार्ड धारकों की संख्या जिले और ब्लॉक वार तरीके से देख सकतें है, जिनके लिए लिंक यहाँ पर दिए गए हैं। ब्लॉक / नगर पालिका के राशन कार्ड धारक की संख्या देखने का लिंक इस प्रकार है:-

झारखण्ड में राशन कार्ड के प्रकार (रंग / श्रेणी के हिसाब से) 

झारखण्ड सरकार द्वारा कई प्रकार के राशन कार्ड बनाये जाते है जो की इस प्रकार हैं:-  

1) नीला / बीपीएल  राशन कार्डगरीबी रेखा से नीचे वालो के लिए P.H (Below Poverty Line - BPL) राशन कार्ड बनाये जाते है। जो गरीबी रेखा से नीचे होता है उन्हें बहुत ही कम मूल्य पर राशन उपलब्ध करवाया जाता है। इस कार्ड का रंग नीला होता है।  BPL राशन कार्ड के लिए वो लोग जिनके साल की आय 10000 से कम है, इसके लिए आवेदन कर सकते है। 

2) सफ़ेद / एपीएल राशन कार्ड -  गरीबी रेखा से ऊपर वालो के लिए APL (Above Poverty Line) राशन कार्ड बनाये जाते है। APL राशन कार्ड के लिए कोई भी आवेदन कर सकता है। इसके लिए कोई भी आय सीमा निर्धारित नहीं की गयी है, इस कार्ड का रंग सफ़ेद होता है।  

3) पीला / अंतोदय अन्न योजना राशन कार्ड - सबसे गरीब परिवार जो अंत्योदय अन्न योजना (Antyodaya Anna Yojana) के पत्र है उनके लिए यह AAY  राशन कार्ड जारी किया जाता है। जिनकी कोई स्थिर आए ना हो अधिक उम्र वाले लोग बेरोजगार लोग किस श्रेणी में आते है। इसके लिए पीले रंग का कार्ड जारी किया गया है। 

झारखण्ड राशन कार्ड के लाभ 

झारखण्ड राशन कार्ड के सरकारी दुकानों से सस्ते दाम पर राशन लेने के साथ साथ कुछ और अन्य लाभ भी उठा सकते है जो की इस प्रकार हैं:-   
  • यदि आप कभी वोटर ID कार्ड के लिए आवेदन करते है तो आप राशन कार्ड की कॉपी लगाना आवश्यक है
  • राशन कार्ड की कॉपी टेलीफोन कनेक्शन सिम कार्ड लेने के लिए जरूरी है। 
  • आप ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए भी राशन कार्ड का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते है।
  • पासपोर्ट बनाने के लिए भी राशन कार्ड का उपयोग होता है। 
  • जिन लोगो अंतोदय (आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर) कार्ड है उन लोगो को सरकारी कामो में लाभ दिया जायेगा ,उनके बच्चों को राशन कार्ड की वजह से पढ़ाई के लिए पैसा मिलेगा। 
  • BPL(Below the poverty line ) कार्ड से नौकरी पाने के लिए बहुत मदद मिलेगी। 
  • BPL कार्ड से आप सस्ता राशन कार्ड डिपो में मिलेगा इसमें गेहू, चावल, चीनी, दाल, तेल आदि सामान शामिल है। 
अगर राशन कार्ड सूची में आपका नाम नहीं है तो आप इन सभी लाभों से वंचित रह सकते है।

Rajasthan government announces Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana on 23rd February 2022. In मुख्यमंत्री डिजिटल सेवा योजना 2022, the state govt. will provide 1.33 crore smartphones to women along with internet connectivity for 3 years. All the women beneficiaries would be given touchscreen mobile phones with internet facility absolutely free of cost. In Rajasthan Budget 2022-23 speech, CM Ashok Gehlot said "कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी प्रदान करने एवं पात्र परिवार को घर बैठे सरकार की सुविधाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने की दृष्टि से मैं, 'मुख्यमंत्री डिजिटल सेवा योजना प्रारम्भ करना प्रस्तावित करता हूँ। इसके तहत लगभग एक करोड़ 33 लाख चिरंजीवी परिवारों की महिला मुखियाओं को तीन वर्ष की internet connectivity के साथ smart phone दिये जाने की घोषणा करता हूँ। इस पर 2 हजार 500 करोड़ रुपये वार्षिक का व्यय किया जायेगा। इससे सभी तरह की सेवायें प्राप्त करने के साथ-साथ शिकायतों के त्वरित निस्तारण की सुविधा भी मिल सकेगी।"

  • इसके बाद आप अपने जनआधार नम्बर अथवा जनआधार पंजीयन रसीद नम्बर सॉफ्टवेयर में दर्ज कर सर्च करें।
  • परिवार के सभी सदस्यो के नाम आपको सॉफ्टवेयर में दिखाई देंगे जिनमें से किसी भी एक सदस्य को डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर (ई-सिग्नेचर) करना होगा जिसके लिये आधार कार्ड में दर्ज कराये हुए मोबाइल नम्बर पर ओटीपी आयेगा। इस ओटीपी को सॉफ्टवेयर में सबमिट कर ई-सिग्नेचर करना होगा। तत्पश्चात श्रेणी अनुसार आपको अपना विवरण दर्ज करना होगा। इसके बाद आप पाॅलिसी डाॅक्यूमेंट प्रिंट कर पायेंगे।
  • Paid श्रेणी के परिवार आवेदन Submit करने पर सॉफ्टवेयर आपको ऑनलाइन पेमेंट माध्यम पर लेकर जायेगा जहां पर आपको निर्धारित प्रीमियम राशि 850 रूपये का भुगतान करना होगा। भुगतान के पश्चात पाॅलिसी डाॅक्यूमेंट का प्रिंट लिया जा सकेगा।

Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana Eligibility Criteria

Let's check the eligibility criteria for Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana:-
  • Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state.
  • Only women could become the beneficiary of the Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana.
  • She must be the head of Chiranjeevi family i.e her name must be included in Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana beneficiaries list. If not, then firstly fill CSBY apply online form.
In simple words, only women head of the families under Chiranjeevi Yojana in Rajasthan can get free smartphones with internet connectivity under Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana. CM announced that over 1.33 crore women head of Chiranjeevi families would be the beneficiaries of Rajasthan Free Smartphone scheme.

Budgetary Allocation for Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana in Rajasthan

CM announced that around Rs. 2,500 crore every year would be spent on providing free smartphones with 3 year internet connectivity to women. 
So in Rajasthan Budget 2022-23, CM Ashok Gehlot has made a budgetary allocation of Rs. 2500 crore for the successful implementation of Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana.

Now people can apply online for Instant e-PAN using Aadhar Card absolutely free of cost in just 10 minutes. Here is how to get your PAN card ready instantly, check e-PAN status, download / reprint it, read guidelines, FAQ's and complete details.
It is important to note that PAN allotment based on Aadhaar is free of cost by central government. PAN pdf would be generated and issued to the applicant in a hassle free manner. To get instant e-PAN card, all you need is your aadhaar card & linked mobile number. Instant PAN card allotment follows an easy and paperless process and holds same value as physical PAN Card. 
Income tax dept. is very thankful to the applicants and participants for the positive and overwhelming response of previously launched beta version of Instant e-PAN. The feedback / suggestions received on the Beta version have been examined and full scale version has now been launched by the FM Nirmala Sitharaman.

Eligibility to Apply for Instant e-PAN using Aadhaar Card No.

All the individuals other than minors who are possessing valid aadhar no. with updated mobile number can avail e-PAN allotment facility. This facility is not applicable to undivided hindu families, companies and trusts. Here are some of the pre-conditions which are required to be fulfilled before filling Instant e-PAN application form:-
  1. Applicants who already possess PAN Number should not apply for e-PAN.
  2. e-PAN facility is only applicable for Resident Individuals (Except minors and others covered under u/s of IT Act, 1961).
  3. This facility is also not applicable for HUF, Firms, Trusts and Companies.

IAY / PMAY-G Beneficiary List 2022-23 | SECC Family Member Details at pmayg.nic.in

The official beneficiary list of Indira Awas Yojana (IAY) or Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin of central govt. is now available at pmayg.nic.in. All the rural applicants who have previously applied online for PMAY Grameen housing scheme can check their name in IAY / PMAY-G Beneficiary List 2022-23.
The applicants who had filled the PMAY-G housing scheme application form and their name is not present in the list, they do not have to worry. These eligible candidates can find their SECC Family Member Details @ pmayg.nic.in. To avail the benefits of PM Awas Yojana Gramin, there is different eligibility criteria for urban and rural applicants. The central govt. provides financial assistance of Rs. 1.2 lakh to rural applicants while applicants from hilly and urban areas get Rs. 1.3 lakh as assistance. Moreover, each beneficiary also get assistance amount of Rs. 70,000 for other housing related purposes.

Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) has set a target of providing houses to 2,70,28,233 houses. In cumulative phase 1 and phase 2 of PMAY-G scheme, around 2,62,35,958 people have made registration. As on 15 May 2022, the govt. has sanctioned 2,38,87,147 houses with 1,80,83,691 houses have already been completed. The GoI has transferred a total amount of 2,42,299.3 crore as funds to poor people for construction of houses in rural areas.

About Krushak Odisha Portal

Krushak Odisha portal contains an authentic database of 4.95 million (till 25 May 2022) farmers. This database includes small, marginal, and landless cultivators and agricultural labourers. The information of all farmers in the database such as residential details, land details, crops cultivated, livestock reared, and fisheries practised has been verified by government extension workers.

Aligning with the Government of Odisha's 5T vision of governance, the database will reduce the paperwork for the farmers and will make it easy for them to access schemes and services, and will enable proactive services like extension, and customised advisory. The vision of Krushak Odisha Portal is to create a golden record of farmers in the state which would become the core of all the Government to Farmers Interaction in the state to enable multiple use cases.

  • Ama Krushi: Ama Krushi is the government's free agricultural service for customised and personalised agricultural advisory throughout the season. Enrolled farmers will receive weekly calls on their mobile phones with advisories on farming practices, crop and livestock management, weather advisories, pest attack prevention, disease management etc. Farmers can also call on 155333 to talk to a live call centre operator for getting their farm-related queries resolved.
  • Schemes & Services: Access to an online single window platform for the application of government schemes and services of the agriculture and allied sector. Relevant information such as guidelines and eligibility criteria for all schemes is available on the platform. Farmers will also be able to track the real-time status of their applications.

  • Enter your aadhaar number and click at "Login" tab. Then it will ask you to verify your aadhaar number with OTP sent on your registered mobile number.

Uttar Pradesh government is going to launch a new UP Parivar Kalyan Card for its citizens. This UP Family ID card will comprise of a 12 digit number just like there are 12 numbers in Aadhar card. The new initiative of UP Family Card will help the state govt. to map all families and to provide them with benefits of government schemes.

It is likely that ration card data will be used as base for Parivar Kalyan Card. Uttar Pradesh Family ID will be on the similar lines of Haryana's Parivar Pehchan Patra and Karnataka's Kutumba Card. In this article, we will tell you about UP Parivar Kalyan Card apply online process and other aspects regarding UP Family ID card.

After the official launch of UP Family Card, govt. will integrate its government schemes and services with Parivar Kalyan Card to benefit citizens.

Salient Features of UP Parivar Kalyan Card

  • CM Yogi Adityanath led UP state govt. is working to launch a family identity card or Parivar Kalyan Card to map each family in the state.
  • UP Family ID Card will be a new 12 digit card which would be allotted to each family in Uttar Pradesh.
  • UP Parivar Kalyan Card will help the state government to map all the families and provide the benefits of several government schemes to a family.
  • Chief minister Yogi Adityanath viewed a presentation to get a broader perspective regarding UP Family Identity Card.

UP Family ID Card Pilot Project

  • A pilot project was carried out in Prayagraj to create Parivar Kalyan Card using the ration card data. Here the state government tried to map the beneficiaries within a family.

Objectives of UP Family Card

The aim of UP Family ID card is to integrate all the other government services through this and to make the process of getting benefits simpler.

In 2022, the BJP in its manifesto had promised to give one employment source to each family. Now with the UP Parivar Kalyan card, the state government will be able to identify families who need an employment source.
  

Benefits of Uttar Pradesh Parivar Kalyan Card

  • If one member of the family has got a caste certificate, next time other members can simply apply and get it rather through UP Family ID Card than producing all the documents.
  • The state government will also consult its legal and justice department to check whether a law is needed to implement the UP Parivar Pehchan Patra Scheme.
  • Officials from the UP government would also talk to officials from Haryana and Karnataka to see their model of family cards.

Gujarat Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana 2022 Apply Online Form to Compensate Farmers For Crop Loss | MKSY to Replace PM Fasal Bima Yojna

Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana 2022 was announced by Gujarat government on 10 August 2020. This new MKSY Scheme has replaced the already existing Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna (PMFBY) for this year only. Chief Minister has announced that farmers would be able to apply online by filling Gujarat Mukhya Mantri Kisan Sahay Yojana registration / application form. A new dedicated portal would soon be launched for MKSY scheme where farmers would be able to apply, check status, find name in the list among others.

In the newly launched Gujarat Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana 2022, farmers will not have to pay any premium amount. This scheme is different from PMFBY in the sense that not a single penny has to be spent by the farmer from their pockets to pay any premium.
This scheme will provide protection to farmers against natural risks like drought, excess or unseasonal rain for current kharif season.

Gujarat Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana 2022 Apply Online

Gujarat government on 10 August 2020 launched a new Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana. In this scheme, farmers facing crop losses due to drought, excess rain or unseasonal rain will get compensation. Moreover, govt. will not collect any premium from farmers. This scheme will replace the PM Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) for this year only. Just like crop insurance schemes of other states, the state govt. will invite Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana apply online form. Farmers will have to fill the MKSY registration / application form to avail scheme benefits.

Mukhya Mantri Kisan Sahay Yojana Registration / Application Form

To enable farmers to fill Mukhya Mantri Kisan Sahay Yojana online application / registration form, govt. will launch a dedicated portal. As soon as the new website is launched, we will update the portal link and apply process here. This new Gujarat MKSY scheme will benefit around 56 lakh farmers and the process is also simpler than PMFBY.

CM said that "We will be launching a dedicated portal so that farmers can apply online. Tribal farmers registered under the Forest Rights Act are also eligible for this scheme." As the state govt. has already allocated Rs. 1800 crore to pay the crop insurance premium. The same fund will now be utilised for this Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Scheme.

No Premium for Crop Insurance in Gujarat Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana 

Chief Minister also said that "Only for this year, we are replacing PMFBY with the Mukhya Mantri Kisan Sahay Yojana. It is because insurance firms have sought very high premium from us this time. If we approve their tender, the state government will have to pay Rs 4,500 crore towards its share." The amount which is put forward by the insurance companies for Kharif 2022 is much higher than average yearly premium of around Rs. 1800 crore.

CM said that "As the premium amount is high, we have decided not to accept the tender for this year and launch this scheme. Neither the state nor farmers will have to pay any premium this year. Unlike PMFBY, which protects only those farmers who pay premium, our scheme will cover all the farmers, that too with zero premium."

Compensation Amount for Kharif Season 2022 in Gujarat MKSY Scheme

All the farmers who have sown crops in this kharif (monsoon) season will get benefit in Gujarat Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana. The compensation amount will only be given only if the loss of crop is more than 33%. It may be either due to drought or excess rain or due to unseasonal rainfall. 

Each farmer is eligible to get compensation for maximum 4 hectares of land. For crop loss between 33% and 66%, a farmer will get a compensation of Rs 20,000 per hectare for max. 4 hectares.

For crop loss above 60%, each farmer will get Rs. 25,000 per hectare for maximum four hectares. Apart from the compensation amount, farmers are also eligible to get additional compensation under the State Disaster Response Fund. This will provide relief to all such farmers who are facing distress because of crop loss due to natural calamities.

UP Disaster Insurance Scheme 2022 has been launched by the Uttar Pradesh government. This scheme will provide insurance coverage to registered workers in unorganised sector. What is UP Disaster Insurance Scheme 2022

In order to provide insurance coverage to unorganized sector workers, the Yogi Adityanath led UP govt. has started Disaster Insurance Scheme. The state govt. will embark on a major drive to register all workers in unorganised sector as CM's Disaster Insurance Scheme is meant only for registered workers. 

Under Yogi Disaster Insurance Scheme, govt. aims to provide financial aid to the family of a worker in case of death or disability.


Assistance Amount under Yogi Disaster Insurance Scheme

A maximum assistance of Rs 2 lakh will be payable under 6 categories defined by the government. The full amount will be paid in case of death, complete disability, or loss of two limbs.

  • In case of loss of one limb or an eye, 50% of the amount will be paid.
  • If permanent disability is over 50% but less than 100%, then 50% of the amount will be given.
  • If disability is 25%-50%, then 25% of the amount will be given.
  • If a worker is already covered under the benefits of any other central or state government scheme, then family will be issued difference, if any, in the amount to be paid under the original scheme as compared to the new scheme.

UP Disaster Insurance Scheme Registration / Application

The application for claiming the aid under UP Disaster Insurance Scheme has to be made within 30 days of the death or disability, on the website of UP State Social Security Board at https://www.upssb.in/ and in the labour department. Each application has to be processed within a week of receipt and dues are to be issued within 15 days. To avail scheme benefits, unorganised workers must register themselves firstly at https://www.eshram.gov.in/. A special provision in the budget will be made for UP Disaster Insurance Scheme, including funds for advertising.

The central government had tabled a bill on electoral reforms, including the one to link Voter ID with Aadhaar on a voluntary basis in Lok Sabha earlier on 20 December 2021. This has been a demand of the Election Commission ever since 2015. The new bill for electoral reforms which also includes Aadhaar-voter ID linking has now been passed in Lok Sabha. 

The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill seeks to allow electoral registration officers to seek aadhaar number of people who want to register as voters for the purpose of establishing the identity. You can now check how to link aadhaar card with voter id card as well as main features of the new bill.

How to Link Aadhar Card with Voter ID at ECI Voter Portal

You can link your aadhar card with voter id card through website of Election Commission of India (ECI) by following some simple measures.
  • If you are new to ECI Voter Portal, then "create an account" option is to be selected so that you can create your account.
  • Register yourself by entering e-mail ID or 10 digit mobile number for ECI Voter Portal registration.
  • Once registration is complete, login using your mobile number/email ID/Voter ID Number.
  • Enter password and click at "Login" tab.
  • Verify your state, district. Then submit your personal details such as name, date of birth, and father's name.
  • Click on the "Search" button. Your details will appear on the screen if your details match the government database.
  • Click on the "Feed Aadhaar No" option visible on the left side of the screen.
  • A pop-up page will appear where you will have to fill in your name as mentioned in the Aadhaar card, Aadhaar number, voter ID number, registered mobile number, and/or registered email address.
  • Press the "Submit" button.
  • You will get a message that your application has been registered successfully at ECI voterportal gov in website.

Online Aadhaar linking through NVSP Portal

The linking of Aadhaar with voter ID can be done on National Voter Service Portal (NVSP). Once You visit their website, the following steps should be followed.
Step 1: You will have to enter your details such as state, district, personal details such as name, date of birth and father's name.
Step 2: Once you fill in all these details then, click on the "Search" button. If the information provided by you matches with the Government database, then the details will appear.
Step 3: Click on "Feed Aadhaar No." option which will be there on the left-hand side of your screen.
Step 4: Once you click there, a pop-up page will appear where you will have to fill in your name as provided in Aadhaar card, Aadhaar number, voter ID number, registered mobile number and/or registered email address.
Step 5: Click on "submit" after entering in all the details.
Step 6: A message will appear on the screen stating that your application to link Aadhaar with voter ID has been registered successfully.

To link your Aadhaar number with your Voter ID, send an SMS to 166 OR 51969 in the following format:

Linking of Aadhar with Voter ID can also be done by calling the dedicated call centres set up for this purpose or you can simply call 1950 on weekdays between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and provide your Voter ID and Aadhaar card information for the purpose of linking.

Link through booth-level officers (BLO)

Aadhar can also be linked with Voter ID by submitting an application to your respective Booth Level Officer (BLO). The information provided will be verified by the BLO and after verification, it will be reflected in the records.

What is Election Laws (Amendment) Bill for Electoral Reforms

  1. Election Laws (Amendment) Bill seeks to allow electoral registration officers to seek Aadhaar number of people who want to register as voters "for the purpose of establishing the identity".
  2. It also seeks to allow the electoral registration officers to ask for Aadhaar numbers from "persons already included in the electoral roll for the purposes of authentication of entries in the electoral roll, and to identify registration of the name of the same person in the electoral roll of more than one constituency or more than once in the same constituency".
  3. Amendment to section 14 of the RP Act, 1950 will allow to have four "qualifying" dates for eligible people to register as voters.
  4. As of now, January 1 of every year is the sole qualifying date. People who turn 18 on or before January 1 can register as voters. Those turning 18 after that have to wait for one whole year to register as voters.
  5. Now, "the 1st day of January, 1st day of April, 1st day of July and 1st day of October in a calendar year" will be the qualifying dates in relation to the preparation or revision of electoral rolls.
  6. Amendment to section 20 of the RP Act, 1950 and section 60 of the RP Act, 1951 will allow the elections become gender neutral for service voters
  7. In March, former law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad had told Lok Sabha in a written reply that the poll panel has proposed to link the electoral roll with the "Aadhaar ecosystem" with a "view to curb the menace of multiple enrolments of the same person at different places".
  8. In August 2015, a Supreme Court order on Aadhaar had put the brakes on the EC's project to link UIDAI (Aadhaar) number with voters electoral data to check multiple entries in electoral rolls.
  9. According to the EC proposal sent in August 2019, the electoral law should be amended to empower electoral registration officers to seek Aadhaar number of existing voters as well as of those applying to enroll themselves in the voters' list
  10. The amendment will also help replace the word "wife" with the word "spouse" making the statutes "gender neutral".

NSWS has been designed keeping the needs of entrepreneurs and investors at the center. National Single Window System provides following online services:-
  • Know Your Approval (KYA) Service: an intelligent information wizard that generates a list of approvals required by any business to commence operations. It does so by asking the investor a series of dynamic questions about their planned business activities and identifies the applicable approvals basis the responses provided. The questionnaire, simple and user friendly on the surface, has a complex, automated logic built into it to sieve through hundreds of approvals, and shortlists only those relevant to the specific investor or entrepreneur. This service was launched on 21.07.2021 with over 500 approvals across 32 Central Departments and over 2000 approvals across 14 states. This service is only for guidance purposes and does not constitute any legal advice.
  • Common Registration Form: To ensure a single point of submission of information and documents across Ministries and States, a unified information capturing system along with a common registration form has been introduced. Information is auto-populated on forms, eliminating the need to fill in the same information again.
  • State registration form: Enables investor to have seamless single click access to respective State Single Window System.

NSWS to Promote Make in India

The beta version of the portal has now been completed and is being opened to all stakeholders and the public as trial soft launch. The beta version of the portal (under Phase I), hosts approvals from 18 Central departments and 9 States and is aimed at guiding investors to the list of business approvals they may need, based on information provided by them. Another 14 Central departments and 5 States will be onboarded by December 2021 (under Phase II)

The portal will progressively onboard a greater number of approvals and licenses, based on user / industry feedback. Though extensive testing by Ministries/States is ongoing, and will continue for next three months to stabilize & optimize the platform, it is critical that extensive feedback from the industry users is accommodated to ensure comprehensiveness and high utility for Investors & Entrepreneurs.

क्या है CG Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club Yojana 2022 

सीएम भूपेश बघेल ने शनिवार को सीएम हाउस में आयोजित एक समारोह में राजीव युवा मितान क्लब योजना शुरू की। प्रत्येक क्लब के संचालन के लिए सरकार सालाना एक लाख रुपए देगी। इस क्लब का मकसद पर्यावरण, खेल और संस्कृति को संरक्षित करना होगा। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने राज्य के युवाओं से किए अपने वायदे को पूरा करते हुए उन्हें रचनात्मक कार्यों से जोड़ने और विकास कार्यों में सहभागी बनाने के लिए राजीव युवा मितान क्लब नाम से एक महत्वाकांक्षी योजना का शुभारंभ किया।
राज्य के सभी ग्राम पंचायतों एवं नगरीय निकायों में 13 हजार 269 क्लब गठित किये जाने हैं। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि इस क्लब के गठन से हमारे घोषणा पत्र का एक और वादा पूरा हुआ है। इस क्लब के जरिए युवा अपनी व्यक्तिगत पहचान और नेतृत्व क्षमता का विकास कर पाएंगे इसके जरिए पर्यावरण और संस्कृति को संरक्षित करने का काम करेंगे।

कैसे लागू होगी छत्तीसगढ़ राजीव युवा मितान क्लब योजना

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जिन ग्राम पंचायतों और शहर के वार्ड की आबादी 2500 से अधिक होगी, वहां दो क्लब भी बनाए जाएंगे। इस क्लब में कम से कम 20 और अधिक से अधिक 40 सदस्य होंगे। इनमें से एक तिहाई महिलाओं का होना अनिवार्य होगा। सरकार क्लब की गतिविधियों के संचालन के लिए प्रत्येक महीने 25 हजार रुपए देगी। साल भर में इन क्लबों पर 132 करोड़ 69 लाख रुपए खर्च किए जाएंगे। 
यह राशि खेल संचालनालय से जिला खेल अधिकारी को भेजी जाएगी। जिला स्तरीय समिति और प्रभारी मंत्री की अनुशंसा पर इसे अनुभाग वहां से जनपद पंचायत और फिर क्लब तक यह राशि पहुंचेगी। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि ये क्लब कलेक्टर और एसडीएम के तहत काम करेंगे। जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री इस क्लब के संरक्षक होंगे। 

इस योजना की निगरानी के लिए प्रदेश स्तर पर दो समितियां बनेंगी। पहली समिति मुख्यमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में बनेगी। दूसरी सचिव स्तर की समिति होगी। इसकी अध्यक्षता मुख्य सचिव करेंगे।

Check Nodal Agency for Purchase of Free Laptops in AP State  

The AP Technology Services (APTS) has been appointed as the nodal agency to float tenders and purchase the laptops soon. As the amount to be spent on the purchase is over Rs 100 crore, the tenders have been submitted to the Judicial Preview Commission for evaluation and seeking objections, if any. The Commission is a statutory body headed by a retired judge of the High Court which invites objections and suggestions on the tenders from all stakeholders. After the retired judge gives his remarks and final view, the APTS will go ahead with the bid process.
Under Vasati Deevena, students of ITIs get a dole of Rs 10,000; of polytechnics Rs 15,000 and undergraduates Rs 20,000 every year. There are over 15.50 lakh beneficiaries under this scheme. In lieu of this, the government offered laptops to interested students. Under Amma Vodi, there are 44.48 lakh beneficiaries. In January next, more than 5.42 lakh of them will get laptops instead of cash.

The state govt. of Arunachal Pradesh starts 2 new schemes - Atmanirbhar Krishi Yojana 2022 and Atmanirbhar Bagwani Yojana 2022. The first scheme of Aatm Nirbhar Krishi Yojna is to benefit agriculture sector. The second scheme of Aatm Nirbhar Bagwani Yojna is to benefit horticulture sector. Launch of Aatmanirbhar Krishi / Bagwani Yojana

CM Pema Khandu launches Atmanirbhar Krishi Yojana and Aatmanirbhar Bagwani Yojna in Itanagar. After launching the schemes in Itanagar, Chief Minister Pema Khandu said that the schemes will immensely benefit farmers and Self Help Groups (SHGs) across the state. CM appealed all to get in touch with their respective district administrations to get the details and avail the schemes.

  • आवेदक द्वारा पूर्व में देवस्थान विभाग राजस्थान सरकार की वरिष्ठ नागरिक तीर्थ यात्रा योजना का लाभ नहीं उठाया गया हो।
  • इस योजना के अन्तर्गत, पूर्व में यात्रा न किये जाने संबंधी आशय का स्वः घोषणा पत्र (Self Declaration) यात्री को देना होगा। यदि किसी भी समय यह पाया गया कि यात्री द्वारा इस शर्त का उल्लंघन किया गया है, तो उसके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार दण्डात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।।
  • भिक्षावृत्ति पर जीवन यापन करने वाले योजना के पात्र नहीं होंगे।
  • आवेदक एवं जीवनसाथी /सहायक यात्रा हेतु शारीरिक एवं मानसिक रूप से सक्षम हो और किसी संक्रामक रोग यथा टी०बी०, कंजेस्टिव कार्डियक, श्वास में अवरोध संबंधी बीमारी, Coronary अपर्याप्ता, Coronary thrombosis मानसिक व्याधि, संक्रामक कुष्ठ आदि से ग्रसित न हो।
  • वरिष्ठ नागरिक को, आवेदन पत्र के साथ चिकित्सा अधिकारी द्वारा इस आशय का प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा कि वह व्यक्ति प्रस्तावित यात्रा हेतु शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ एवं सक्षम है। (यह प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन पत्र भरते समय ही अपलोड किया जाना है)
  • यात्री एवं जीवनसाथी /सहायक के कोविड -19 टीकाकरण की दोनों डोज लगा होना स्वास्थय की दृस्टि से उपयुक्त होगा।
  • किन्ही परिस्थितयों में रेल एवं हवाई यात्रा के दौरान स्थान रिक्त रहने पर आवश्यकता अनुसार ऐसे इच्छुक पात्र व्यक्ति जिन्होनें आवेदन किया हो, लेकिन अन्यथा यात्रा के पात्र है, ऐसे व्यक्ति को रिक्त रही सीटों पर यात्रा पर जाने हेतु सम्पूर्ण रिकॉर्ड एवं ऑनलाइन इंद्राज कराने के उपरांत अनुमत करने का अधिकार आयुक्त, देवस्‍थान विभाग को होगा।
  • वे आवेदक जो विगत वर्षों में लॉटरी में चयनित हो चुके थे, लेकिन यात्रा के लिये आमंत्रित किये जाने के बाद भी उनके द्वारा यात्रा सम्पन्न नहीं की गई, ऐसे पूर्व आवेदक भी इस योजना में पात्र नहीं होंगे।

हरियाणा के माता -पिता अपनी बेटियों के अर्जवल भविष्य के लिए शुरू की गई इस योजना में घर पर बैठे-पढ़े ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।) जिसकी पूरी प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार से है: -

  • सबसे पहले महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट http://wcdhry.gov.in/  पर जाएं। 
  • होम पेज पर मुख्य मेनू में उपलब्ध " योजनाएं " सूची पर जाएं " बच्चों के लिए योजनाएं " सूची पर क्लिक करना होगा।  
  • नए खुले पेज पर हरियाणा सरकार की बच्चों के लिए योजनाएं खुल जाएंगी जिसमें से आपको एबीएचबी के नीचे दिए गए आगे के लिए के लिए यहां क्लिक करे शामिल होने पर क्लिक करना होगा। 
  •  इसके बाद एबीएचबी स्कीम की जानकारी का पेज खुल जाएगा, जिसके बाद आपको बेटी बेटी हमरी बेटी योजना के लिए आवेदन फॉर्म नंबर पर करना होगा। 
  • इसके बाद आपकी बेटी हमारी बेटी योजना आवेदन फॉर्म खुल जाएगी जो कुछ इस प्रकार दिखाई देगी। 

  • आपको इस एप्लिकेशन फॉर्म को डाउनलोड करके उसका प्रिंट निकालना होगा।

हरियाणा आपकी बेटी हमारी बेटी योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए माता-पिता को ऑफलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म भरना होगा। इस योजना का ऑफलाइन फॉर्म भरने के लिए निम्नलिखित चरणों का पालन कर सकते है:-

  • बेटी के जन्म होने पर माता-पिता को निकटतम आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र में जाना होगा। 
  • अब आपको वहां से आवेदन फॉर्म लेना होगा। 
  • आपको आवेदन फॉर्म में पूछी गई सभी जानकारी को ध्यानपूर्वक भरना होगा। 
  • अब आपको सभी दस्तावेजों को अटैच करना होगा।

आपकी बेटी हमारी बेटी का मुख्य उद्देश्य हरियाणा में बेटियों को लेकर दूषित मानसिकता को खत्म करना है। राज्यों में लड़को के मुकाबले लड़कियों की संख्या को बराबर करना है। माता-पिता को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत बनाना है ताकि वह अपनी बेटियों को बोझ न समझे। सरकार द्वारा इस स्कीम के माध्यम से इस अनुपात को कम किया जाएगा। हरियाणा में हो रही भ्रूण हत्या पर रोक लगाना है। इस योजना में सभी बेटियों का सामाजिक और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण करना है। वर्तमान स्थिति में लड़कियों की संख्या हरियाणा में लड़को से बहुत कम है। इस योजना के माध्यम से लड़कियों को लेकर नकारात्मक सोच में भी बदलाव आएगा। जो लोग  लड़कियों को बोझ समझकर गर्भ में ही हत्या करते थे, उनकी यही दूषित सोच में बदलाव आएगा। सरकार द्वारा प्रदान की गई वित्तीय मदद को बेटियों की उच्च शिक्षा पर इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।

Kerala government is inviting Vayomadhuram Scheme 2022 online application form at sjd.kerala.gov.in. In this scheme, the Social Justice dept. will provide glucometer to senior citizens. All the elderly residents of the state can now apply online for getting glucometer. For this purpose, applicants can download Vayomadhuram Scheme Application Form in PDF format through the official website.

The state govt. of Kerala has launched Vayomadhuram Scheme in order to provides glucometers freely to elderly diabetic persons coming under BPL category. SJD department has set the target of providing glucometers to 1000 diabetic old age persons in each district.

Kerala has the largest number of diabetes patients in India. Based on the recent studies conducted by ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research) 19.4% people have diabetes in Kerala. 80% of the oldage population in Kerala suffers from diabetes.
