She wrote that the video showed Indian army personnel doing a flag march in Imphal, Manipur. The green sign board highlighted in the above image shows the name of the locality: Sougaijam Leirak in Imphal. This conclusively proves that the viral video is not from Bengal and not related to the upcoming assembly polls. Alt News geo-located the place shown in the video and found that the footage was from Imphal. Notwithstanding that, it is a fact that a record number of CAPF personnel has been deployed in Bengal ahead of the elections.
