On June 23, Pune rural police arrested Siya Goyal (20) and Chetan Chaudhary (22) for allegedly murdering Goyal's fiancé, Ketan Agarwal. They have been booked under Sections 103 (murder) and 61 (criminal conspiracy) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). As per reports, Goyal and Chaudhary had been involved in a romantic relationship and allegedly conspired to murder Agarwal. Goyal and Agarwal went on a trek to Pune's Lohagad Fort on June 18, where Agarwal fell nearly 400 feet into a gorge. Investigation later revealed it was not an accidental fall. It is against this backdrop that the said video has gone viral. X page TeluguBulletin.com (@TeluguBulletin) shared the afore mentioned clip on June 27, claiming that the video featured Goyal.
