Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) was previously known as Indira Awaas Yojana (IAY). Central govt. led by PM Narendra Modi started this social welfare flagship programme to provide housing for the rural poor in India. A similar scheme for urban poor was launched in 2015 as Housing for All by 2022. Indira Awaas Yojana was launched in 1985 by Rajiv Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India, as one of the major flagship programs of the Ministry of Rural Development to construct houses for BPL population in the villages.
Now the central govt. is inviting PM Awas Yojana online application form at pmayg.nic.in. People can now make pmayg.nic.in registration 2021 to construct their own house. The rural housing scheme will help achieve housing for all by 2022 in all the rural areas across the country.
Beneficiaries can check their IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary Details or SECC Family Member details using the link - IAY / PMAY-G Beneficiary List & SECC Family Member Details. Also, All India Final BPL List 2021 is now available. To reduce gap in rural housing, IAY has been re-structured into Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G) w.e.f. 1st April, 2016. Now people can apply online at CSCs or download IAY / PMAY-G Application Form PDF.
The total number of homes to be constructed under PMAY-G has been increased by 33% from 3 Crore to 4 Crore by the year 2022 (revised PMAY-G targets). Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin will be implemented in rural areas across the country except Delhi and Chandigarh. Below are the highlights of the housing for all by 2022 - Rural.

PM Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) Registration 2021

The complete process to make PMAY Gramin Registration is defined in the User Manual. Download PMAY-G Manual and check out the application form here:-
  • This form has 4 sections - personal details registration, bank account details, convergence details and details from concern office which are shown in a systematic manner.
  • Section 1 - To add beneficiary registration details concern panchayat and social category of beneficiary have to select as shown in picture below. On this selection a auto generated "search" button will appear for displaying the list of respective household.
  • After clicking on "search" button a list of corresponding beneficiary name along with PMAY ID and priority will appear and user can select the beneficiary to register from the list.
  • After selection from the list the Household Name, Religion and Beneficiary details will automatically fill and user can set the beneficiary from the family member details and also set the beneficiary remaining details. 
  • Section 2 - To Add Beneficiary Bank Account Details following parameters are required as mentioned below. 1) Bank Type 2) Bank Name 3) Branch Name 4) Bank Account Number 5) Beneficiary Name as per bank account 6) Whether beneficiary want to avail loan (if it is Yes; Loan Amount can be between Rs.10000 to Rs.70000)
  • Section 3 - This section of beneficiary registration require the following details. 1) The Beneficiary Job Card Number as registered with MGNREGA . 2) Beneficiary SBM (Swachh Bharat Mission) Number.
  • Section 4 - This section to be filled by the concern office with following parameters. 1. Whether Beneficiary wants to get enrolled in Mason Training? (Default it is Yes) 2. Whether Beneficiary wants to use house design typology developed for the region? (Default it is Yes)

Edit IAY / PMAYG Registration Details 2021

All the personal details of the beneficiary are editable as shown in the picture. 2. If beneficiary name is unknown or blank then the Name as per Aadhaar will be considered as beneficiary name for sanctioning the beneficiary.
MGNREGA Job Card Number details of the beneficiary can be edited. 2. SBM (Swachh Bharat Mission) number can also be edited. Note:- The bank details of the beneficiary can't be edited from this Registration module. To facilitate this edit, freezing module is recommended. 

Jharkhand Universal Pension Scheme 2021: Check Eligibility / Exclusion Criteria

My dear friends, Chief Minister Hemant Soren led state government has a good news for you. Jharkhand universal pension scheme is going to be introduced in the state. This will be done by bringing in necessary amendments to pension rules on the recomendation of the women, child development and social security department. You must read this article in order to get complete information about universal pension scheme.

Jharkhand Universal Pension Scheme 2021

After the amendments, Jharkhand Universal Pension Scheme will be available universally to all eligible people. The amendments have been introduced in centrally sponsored pension schemes under the National Social Assistance Programme and social security pension schemes operated under the state plan.
 

Who are Eligible for Jharkhand Universal Pension Scheme

  • Any person above the age of 60 years.
  • Any specially abled person.
  • Widow above the age of 18 years.
  • People entitled to pension under any other category.

Exclusion Category for Jharkhand Universal Pension Scheme

Jharkhand universal pension scheme will be given to all eligible beneficiaries expect those falling under given 2 exclusion categories.
  • If the beneficiary or an immediate family member is an income tax payee
  • If the beneficiary or family member is a permanent employee of the state, Centre or public-sector undertaking.
In another decision, the council of ministers sanctioned Rs. 636 crore for bolstering health infrastructure to combat Covid-19. The ministerial council's approval will pave the way for commissioning new Covid-19 testing centres and state-of-the-art Covid-19 paediatric wards in rural areas. 

Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Swasthya Sahayata Yojana

The 11 member Jharkhand cabinet also approved a new Mukhyamantri Swasthya Sahayata Yojana. The scheme will provide one-time financial grant to people from SC, ST and OBC communities if they lose their capabilities to earn their livelihood due to ailments. Senior citizens will get one-time benefit up to Rs 10,000 while those below 60 years will get benefits up to Rs 5,000. 

Free Textbooks to Govt School Students in Jharkhand

The cabinet also gave its approval to the state department of school education and literacy's proposal to provide free textbooks to students of class 9 and 10 in all government schools. It also approved a proposal to provide bicycles to all government school students. Earlier, the money for cycles were provided to schoolchildren through direct-benefit transfers. 
In another decisions, the cabinet approved a proposal to extend the contract of all contractual teachers in government schools till July 7, 2022 and extended the service period of the doctors in state health services who are superannuating by March next year by another six months. 

Jharkhand Sona Sobhran Dhoti Saree Scheme

The cabinet also approved a proposal to hike the dearness allowances of state government employees by 7% and sanctioned the inclusion of 64 lakh beneficiaries in the state-sponsored Sona Sobhran Dhoti Saree Scheme. 

It also gave its nod to the amending of 14 regulations of different departments, including department of industries, personnel, department of animal husbandry and dairy development, commercial taxes and others.
