The state govt. issued a public circular for admission to entry level classes (below 6 years of age) for open seats (other than EWS / DG / CWSN category seats) in private unaided recognized schools of Delhi for the session 2022-2023 @ private school branch. People can fill Delhi Nursery / KG / Class 1 School Admission 2022-23 online registration form at edudel official website. These application forms are for admission in entry level classes (pre-school / Nursery, pre-primary / KG and class-I). People can make registration and fill the application form for admission in private unaided recognized schools (except minority schools) of Delhi for the academic session 2022- 23. No admissions in private schools can be made through offline process. Delhi Private Schools Nursery / KG / 1st Class Admission 2022-23 Apply Online Delhi school admissions at entry level classes (Pre-school/ Nursery, Pre-Primary/ KG and Class-I) for academic session 2022-23 would be held through COMPUTERIZED ONLINE ADMISSION SYSTEM. The online application process starts from 15 December 2021. Below is the complete procedure to apply online for Nursey / KG School Admission 2022-23 in private schools in Delhi:- Firstly the applicant access the Directorate of Education website at http://www.edudel.nic.in/ Then click on "Govt. School Admission" link available on home page for applying. On the next page, click on "Online Registration form to Apply". Fill all the mandatory details in online application / registration form as given below. Fill the school choices and preview the form and then submit and take a printout. After submitting the application forms, candidates would be eligible and can then wait for draw of seats to be held later. People can even get the nursery / KG / class 1 admission forms at the school premises also. As per the DoE circular issued earlier, a school cannot charge more than Rs. 25 for nursery / KG / 1st class admission against open category seats in private unaided recognized schools in Delhi. Moreover, it is optional whether to purchase or not the prospectus of schools in which child is seeking admission. Meanwhile, the private schools have been given autonomy to decide their criteria for admission, and upload them on the DoE website by 14 December 2021. Age Criteria for Nursery / KG / Class 1 Admission 2022-23 in Delhi For 2022-23 nursery / KG / Class 1 admissions, the age criteria is shown in the table below:- Age Limit Criteria for Delhi Nursery Admission 2022-23 For Pre-School (Nursery) Less than 4 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.   For Pre-Primary (KG) Less than 5 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought. For Class 1st Less than 6 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought. Online Nursery / KG / Class 1 Admission Dates in Delhi for Open Seats in Private Schools The complete admission schedule is shown in the figure below:- The start date to apply online for admissions in nursery / KG / 1st class is 15 December 2021 while last date is 7 January 2022. First List for selected children against open seats in private unaided recognized schools in Delhi will be displayed on 4 February 2022 while second list will be displayed on 21 Feb 2022. If any subsequent list is to published, then it would be displayed on 15 March 2022 and 31st March is the closure date of admission process for the entry level classes.
