Garden Kit registration form is available at Tamilnadu Horticulture Gov Portal. CM MK Stalin has launched subsidised sale of vegetable seeds, garden kits for which interested applicants have to apply online.     How to Make Garden Kit Registration at TN Horticulture Portal

    Here is how you can make garden kit registration by fillup of TN nutritive vegetable garden scheme online application form.
    • At the landing page, you can click "Garden Kit Registration" link. You can also simply click at direct link mentioned here for opening Tamil Nadu Garden Kit online registration form https://www.tnhorticulture.tn.gov.in/kit/
    • On click of link, Tamilnadu Garden Kit online application form will open.
    • Enter your application registered ID and other details asked in TN Garden Kit application form. Here enter details such as beneficiary name, aadhar name, father / husband name, gender, category, mobile number, type of kit, area type, district, block, village, pincode.
    • You will also have to upload beneficiary image, beneficiary aadhaar image and then click at "Submit" button.

    Tamil Nadu Nutritive Vegetable Garden Scheme 2021-2022

    To ensure residue-free vegetables, Chief Minister MK Stalin on 6 December 2021 (Monday) inaugurated the TN nutritive vegetable garden scheme aimed at producing fresh vegetables in both urban and rural areas. 

    Items in Terrace Garden Kits for Urban Beneficiaries

    Under the Tamil Nadu nutritive vegetable garden scheme, a kit would be provided which includes:-
    • 6 types of vegetable seeds 
    • 6 bags to grow vegetables
    • 6 coconut coir pith each weighing 2 kg
    • 400 grams high-quality fertilizers
    • 200 grams of chemical fertilizers
    • 100 ml of organic fertilizers
    • A booklet containing methods of cultivation
    All the mentioned items in each kit are worth Rs. 900 and would be distributed at a subsidized rate of Rs 225 for people in urban areas to set up a terrace garden. The state has allotted Rs. 6.75 crore for the distribution of the terrace garden kits. 

    Items in Vegetable Garden Kits for Rural Beneficiaries

    To encourage people to set up vegetable gardens in rural areas, a kit would be provided which includes 12 vegetable seeds for Rs 15 per kit. Each beneficiary can receive two kits at a time and Rs. 90 lakh has been allotted for the scheme.

    Under the nutritive vegetable garden scheme, Stalin also distributed packs containing eight plants with high nutritional values such as medicinal herbs, fruits, and vegetables. The state government has allotted Rs 1.5 crore for distributing the packs, which were priced at Rs. 25 each, with nutritional value and a family can get only one pack at a time.

    Aam Admi Party Supremo Arvind Kejriwal has announced that registration of Punjab Rs 1000 Scheme for women will begin from 7 December 2021. He was speaking at a public rally where he mentioned that every women of Punjab state will now be able to apply online for Punjab Rs. 1000 Scheme. Any women who wants to get money will have to fill application form for Rs. 1000 scheme.

    What is Punjab Rs 1000 Scheme for Women

    It may be noted that Punjab Rs 1000 scheme for women is only a mega announcement made by AAP party in its run to assembly elections in the state. If Aam Aadmi Party comes to power in Punjab, then each women (whether poor or rich) will get Rs. 1000 financial assistance every month. It is a guarantee of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.

    Women Apply Online for Rs. 1,000 Per Month    

    Any women beneficiary can apply for Rs. 1000 per month through offline mode only. It is important to note that there is neither any apply online process nor any dedicated portal to fill application form for Punjab Rs 1000 Scheme for women.

    Delhi CM said "As soon as the AAP government is formed, every daughter above 18 years, sister, mother, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, and grandmother will get ₹ 1,000 per month in their accounts. I guarantee it. I have made this decision very thoughtfully and with full calculation, because what I say I do. The government of Delhi and the people of Delhi are witnesses to this. This ₹1,000 to be received by each woman will be different from the monthly old-age pension, widow pension, disability pension or dependency pension already received by the women. Similarly, if there are women in a family above 18 years of age including daughter, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law or grandmother; they will all get one thousand rupees each."

    Mr. Kejriwal further added that the future of Punjab can change in the same way, as the AAP government has changed in Delhi. "All the pro-people models of Delhi can be implemented in Punjab in a more spectacular way. Therefore, this election must be fought together by all. This time the women in the house will decide who to vote for, because this time a chance has to be given to Kejriwal," he said.

    Harihar Scheme Launched by Haryana Govt for Abandoned / Orphan Children

    Dear readers, a new Harihar Scheme has been launched by the state govt. of Haryana. This is a dedicated scheme which is being rolled out for the children who have been abandoned or rendered orphans.     Haryana Govt Notification for Harihar Scheme  

    In its recent circular, the Haryana government has notified to implement the Harihar Scheme meant for the welfare and care of abandoned / orphaned children. In a letter to administrative secretaries of all the departments, it noted that under the policy the state will provide the following benefits to all those children who were abandoned or surrendered below the age of five:-
    • Free schooling, higher and technical education
    • Skill Development and Industrial training absolutely free of cost
    • Employment in Groups C and D of government jobs
    • Financial assistance upto the age of 25 years or marriage (whichever is earlier)
    • One time interest free loan for buying a house in Haryana

    Cabinet Approval for Harihar Scheme

    In the month of April of FY 2021, the Haryana cabinet had approved the state's HARIHAR policy. Under this policy, govt. aims at providing free child care, education, skill development, training, jobs on compassionate grounds, financial asssitance, interest free home loan and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) status.

    How to Get Free Education / Jobs - Haryana Harihar Scheme

    Under the Harihar scheme, the Haryana state government will bear the cost of education and upbringing of all destitute and orphan children coming to the children's home. On attaining the age of 18, abandoned / orphaned kids will be given Group C and Group D jobs by giving them the benefit of ex gratia. 
    For getting jobs, children will not have to give any kind of examination. For obtaining jobs under Class I and II, such a candidate would have to complete post-graduation and clear a merit-based examination. 

    Haryana Harihar Scheme Eligibility Criteria

    The benefit of the Harihar scheme will be available to only those who follows certain conditions:-
    • Applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana state.
    • He / She were rendered orphans before the age of five years
    • Applicant had lived in the Child Care Institute till they turned 18 years of age. 

    Conditions to Get Benefits under Harihar Scheme in Haryana

    • Under the Harihar scheme, the government will give jobs to orphaned youths only once. 
    • After an appointment to any post, the person concerned will not be able to apply for a change of post or department. 
    • However, if the beneficiaries clear the competitive examination, then they could opt for going to another department.
