    Good news for youth, central government has started Agneepath Scheme 2022 for Indian Army recruitment. In this scheme, youths b/w the age of 17.5 years to 21 years will get a bright future and an opportunity to serve the nation by joining the Armed Forces.     इंडियन आर्मी भर्ती के लिए अग्निपथ योजना 2022 

    अग्निपथ योजना एक क्रांतिकारी पहल है। इसमें साढ़े 17 से 21 साल तक के युवा पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया से 4 साल तक सशस्त्र बलों से जुड़ देश की सेवा करेंगे। सेवा अवधि पूरी होने पर उन्हें Rs. 11.71 लाख कर मुक्त सेवा निधि पैकेज मिलेगा, जिससे वो आर्थिक रूप से भी सशक्त होंगे। मोदी जी ने युवाओं को गौरवपूर्ण भविष्य व सशस्त्र बलों से जुड़ राष्ट्रसेवा का अवसर देने के लिए 'अग्निपथ योजना' की घोषणा की है। इससे उनमें क्षमताओं व कौशल का निर्माण होगा, साथ ही देश का रक्षातंत्र और सशक्त होगा।

    अग्निपथ योजना युवाओं को अपना व देश का सुनहरा कल बनाने का एक अद्भुत अवसर है। भारत की युवाशक्ति को अनुशासित,स्किल्ड, फिट व आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त कर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाने वाला श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी का यह दूरदर्शी निर्णय सच्चे अर्थों में आत्मनिर्भर भारत की नींव रखेगा। 

    सेवा की शर्तें - अग्निपथ योजना 

    • अग्निवीरों का नामांकन प्रशिक्षण अवधि सहित 4 साल के लिए होगा। 
    • अग्निवीर सम्बंधित श्रेणियों / पेशों पर लागू चिकित्सा पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करेंगे। 
    • शत प्रतिशत अग्निवीरों को नियमित संवर्ग में नामांकन का विकल्प चुनने का विकल्प दिया जाएगा। 
    • प्रत्येक बैच के 25% अग्निवीरों को सशस्त्र बलों के नियमित संवर्ग में नामांकित किया जाएगा। 
    • अग्निवीरों को किसी भी रेजिमेंट / यूनिट / प्रतिष्ठान में तैनात किया जा सकता है। 
    • अग्निवीर सशस्त्र बलों में एक जिला रैंक बनाएंगे। 
    • अपनी सेवा अवधि के दौरान अग्निवीरों को एक विशिष्ट प्रतीक चिन्ह। 
    • विषय पर मौजूदा दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार अग्निवीर सम्मान और पुरस्कार के हकदार। 
     

    टर्मिनल लाभ / सेवा निधि पैकेज - अग्निपथ योजना 

    • प्रत्येक अग्निवीर को अपने मासिक पैकेज के 30% का योगदान अपने व्यक्तिगत "अग्नीवर समूह फण्ड" के लिए करना होगा। 
    • सेवा अवधि पूरी होने के बाद 11.71 लाख रूपये (लगभग) का एकमुश्त सेवा निधि पैकेज (कर मुक्त) का भुगतान होगा। 
    • सेवा निधि पैकेज में अग्नीवर का योगदान, उस पर ब्याज और सरकार की तरफ से उपयुक्त योगदान शामिल। 
    • अग्निवीरों के लिए बैंक लोन का विकल्प।

    PM Narendra Modi has launched Agneepath Scheme on 14 June 2022. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah has thanked the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for announcing Agneepath Yojana or Bharat ke Agniveer Scheme to give a bright future to the youth of the country and an opportunity to serve the nation by joining the Armed Forces.

    Union Home Minister said "Shri Modi has announced the Agneepath Yojana to give youth a bright future and an opportunity to serve the Nation by joining the Armed Forces. This will build capabilities and skills in them, as well as strengthen the defense system of the country. I congratulate Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for this decision."

    Shri Amit Shah added that "'Agneepath Yojana' is a revolutionary initiative.     Agniveer Army Bharti Yojana Protest

    Aspiring youth who wants to get inducted in Indian Army are staging protests against Agnipath Scheme 2022. Youths of various states like Bihar, Haryana etc are protesting against the new Agneepath Scheme. Several trains, buses, cars, auto rickshaws, police vehicles have been put on fire by the youths to register their protest against the new Agniveer Army Bharti Yojana 2022. 

    In lieu of these protests, the central government has raised the upper age limit for Indian army recruitment for the current year from 21 years to 23 years. This is because the military recruitment process was halted for the past 2 years due to COVID-19. But the relaxation in upper age limit i.e 23 years is applicable for this year recruitment process only (central govt. mentioned it as one time waiver).
